  • Description

    Description

    We are a plant medicine retreat center and regenerative living project rooted in the rainforest of the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica, near Corcovado National Park — one of the most biodiverse places on Earth.

    Throughout the year, we host small, intentional retreats centered around master plant dietas and guided ceremonial practice, alongside yoga, meditation, and integrative healing work. We also cultivate medicinal plants, develop our gardens, and build regenerative systems that support long-term sustainability.

    This is not a hostel or party environment. It is an active retreat space where quiet, responsibility, and respect for structure are essential — especially during retreat and ceremonial periods.

    Outside of retreats, we focus on strengthening our gardens, tending medicinal plants, improving infrastructure, and expanding regenerative systems to support long-term sustainability.

    * Garden support and food cultivation
    * General land care
    * Light kitchen assistance during retreat periods (e.g., chopping fruit, preparing simple soups, washing dishes)
    * Being present on the land and feeding dogs when we are away
    * Occasional small construction or maintenance projects
    * Social media and content support (photography, short videos, light editing, or website updates — if you have experience)

    We value initiative, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

    This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are grounded, emotionally mature, and comfortable with structure. Volunteers will contribute meaningfully to a working retreat environment and are expected to honor the quiet and integrity of the space, especially during retreat and ceremonial periods.
