  Description

  We, the Mühlengemeinschaft, are a group of 8 young, conscious individuals dedicated to sustainable living. Together, we inhabit an old mill farmstead, which is not only a home but also a vibrant project of communal utility and connection with nature.
  
  The heart of our community is the renovation and maintenance of the property, using only natural building materials. We breathe new life into this historical site, creating a space where nature and creativity meet.
  
  Autarky and self-sufficiency are important to our community. We maintain a close connection to the neighboring Community Supported Agriculture and place great emphasis on local, organic fruits and vegetables. Our kitchen is predominantly plant-based.
  
  Our event spaces are a hub for creativity and exchange. From music and yoga to ceremonies, association meetings, and seminars – our place is a hive of idea exchange and inspiration.
  
  Concepts like permaculture and upcycling are actively lived and developed here. Our animal cohabitants, including 2 dogs and 4 chickens, enrich our daily lives. In our weekly meetings, we strengthen our community spirit and practice non-violent communication.

  Wir, die Mühlengemeinschaft, bestehen aus 8 jungen, bewussten Menschen, die sich dem nachhaltigen Leben verschrieben haben. Gemeinsam bewohnen wir einen alten Mühlenhof, der nicht nur ein Zuhause, sondern auch ein lebendiges Projekt der Gemeinnützigkeit und Naturverbundenheit ist.
  
  Unser Herzstück ist die Renovierung und Instandhaltung des Geländes, wobei wir ausschließlich naturbelassene Baumaterialien verwenden. Wir atmen neues Leben in diesen historischen Ort ein und schaffen so einen Raum, in dem sich Natur und Kreativität begegnen.
  
  Unserer Gemeinschaft ist Autarkie und Selbstversorgung wichtig. Wir pflegen eine enge Verbindung zur benachbarten Solidarischen Landwirtschaft und legen großen Wert auf lokales, biologisches Obst und Gemüse. Unsere Küche ist größtenteils pflanzlich.
  
  Unsere Veranstaltungsräume sind der Ort Kreativität und Austausch. Von Musik und Yoga bis hin zu Zeremonien, Vereinstreffen und Seminaren – bei uns findet ein reger Austausch von Ideen und Inspiration statt.
  
  Konzepte wie Permakultur und Upcycling werden aktiv gelebt und weiterentwickelt. Unsere tierischen Mitbewohner, darunter 2 Hunde und 4 Hühner, bereichern unser tägliches Leben. In unseren wöchentlichen Treffen stärken wir unseren Gemeinschaftsgeist und üben uns in gewaltfreier Kommunikation.

  Komm und arbeite mit uns: Suchst du einen Ort, wo du mit netten Menschen zusammenkommen und deine Kreativität entfalten kannst? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Wir schätzen neue Ideen und bieten dir die Möglichkeit, aktiv mitzuwirken. Deine täglichen Aufgaben bei uns könnten sein:

  Accommodation: You will find a place in our main house. Our furnished guest room on the ground floor is available to you as long as you want to help us. Quiet hours are from 10:30 pm to 10:00 am, as we place great value on healthy sleep. We also have parking spaces for campervans and tents, including an outdoor toilet. We usually have our dinner together in our cozy country kitchen.
  
  Du findest Platz in unserem Haupthaus. Unser möbliertes Gästezimmer im Erdgeschoss steht dir solange du mit uns arbeiten möchtest zur Verfügung. Nachtruhe ist von 22:30 bis 10:00 Uhr, da wir viel Wert auf gesunden Schlaf legen. Zudem haben wir Stellplätze für Campervans und Zelte inklusive Außentoilette. Unser Abendessen nehmen wir in der Regel gemeinsam in unserer gemütlichen Landküche zu uns.

  Our property is located in a wine region. There are many fields and nature around us, inviting for long walks, such as to the Petersberg. The bus stop is within walking distance. There is a bus to both Alzey and the state capital Mainz.
  
  All work we offer on our property is not related to any business or commercial use.
  
  Unser Grundstück liegt in einer Weinregion. Es gibt viele Felder und Natur um uns herum, die zu langen Spaziergängen einladen, wie z.B auf den Petersberg.  Die Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Es fährt ein Bus sowohl nach Alzey als auch in die Landeshauptstadt Mainz.
  
  Die Arbeit die wir anbieten ist nicht gewerblich. Und wir verdienen daran nichts.
