  Description

  If you want to spend the winter in a little village in Thuringia you like to be outside and you like very various types of work please send us a request.
  We are a very different couple . Alfred is an architect. He is always on designing and planning. In his spare time he paints and draws. He holds in our seminar house prices. Alfred is more calm and balanced. I, Kathy have always thousand ideas in my head, Iam quite practical and impulsive, sometimes chaotic.
  We currently have a new project at the start. Here in the very nice area Vogtland we have converted in the last three years the old shop of the town. Now there are eight guest rooms, a large breakfast room and conference room, Alfred's studio and a small farm shop.
  Our house, which is 2 minutes walk away, is a mixture of an old farmhouse, which we have lovingly restored and a modern extension, all surrounded by a large garden.
  In this year we reshaped the garden into permaculture. Vegetables and potatoes grow here. And the ducks and llamas lives inside. Moreover enrich three cats and our dog Amari our lives.
  
  
  
  
  Wir sind ein sehr unterschiedliches Paar . Alfred mein Lebensgefährte ist Architekt. Er ist immer am planen und entwerfen. In seiner freien Zeit malt und zeichnet er. Er hält in unserem Seminarhaus Kurse. Alfred ist eher ruhig und ausgeglichen. Ich , Katrin habe immer tausend Ideen im Kopf, bin recht praktisch und impulsiv, manchmal chaotisch.
  Wir haben momentan ein neues Projekt am Start. Das sind unsere Gestaltungs- und Erlebensräume SELBSTgemacht im vogtländischen Arnsgrün. Hier haben wir in den letzten drei Jahren den alten Laden des Ortes umgebaut. Nun gibt es acht Gästezimmer, einen grossen Frühstücks- und Seminarraum, Alfreds Atelier und einen kleine Hofladen.
  Unser Wohnhaus, das 2 Gehminuten entfernt liegt, ist eine Mischung aus einem alten bauernhaus , welches wir liebevoll restauriert haben und einem modernen Anbau, alles umgeben von einem grossen Garten.
  Der Garten ist mein Hobby, hier ziehe ich Gemüse und Kartoffeln, hier wohnen die Enten und die Lamas. Ausserdem brereichern drei Katzen und unser Hund Amari unser Leben.

  Aide

  We would like people which are interested in many things. Besides helping in the garden, small repairs in and around the house, looking for the guests and household things.Also to have training with the llamas is particularly important. Our six geldings are gentle and calm. In the future, we want to provide them with walks with our guests. They need more training and education.
  In summer we are outside a lot, have a lot of guests and work in the garden.
  The work in the household we share. We cook and eat together. We eat very healthy, that means we cook with fresh products most of the time vegetarian food ( Alfred needs sometime a good steak,-) But there is always ham and the good " Thüringer Wurst" in the house, so nobody have to be hungry ;-))
  
  We are looking for a persons, who wants to bee a part of our life in a peace of time. We prefer longtime staying people. Please feel free to contact us.
  
  
  Wir wünschen uns einen Helfer der vielseitig interessiert ist. Neben der Arbeit im Garten, kleinen Reparaturen im und am Haus, Betreuung der Gäste und Dingen im Haushalt ist uns das Training der Lamas besonders wichtig. Unsere sechs Wallache sind sanft und ruhig. In der Zukunft wollen wir mit ihnen Wanderungen mit unseren Gästen anbieten. Dafür brauchen sie noch Training und Ausbildung.
  Im Winter sind wir natürlich mehr im Haus, kochen Marmelade und Sirup, breiten Kurse vor und konzipieren unser Marketing und die Kurse. Ausserdem wird im Winter viel gefilzt, gesponnen und gebastelt.Im Sommer sind wir viel draussen, haben viele Gäste und arbeiten im Garten.
  Den Haushalt teilen wir uns. Wir kochen und essen gemeinsam. Manchmal muss auch geputzt werden- machen wir auch gemeinsam- hier bin ich eher leger.

  In the house we do not have TV in the evening humming of the spinning wheel, we listen to the radio oderCDs and amuse ourselves with / about our animals.
  There is Wi-Fi throughout the building, but not particularly fast.
  We like to eat things from the garden, prepare our meals with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Alfred likes to eat even a big steak, I'm a vegetarian, but would like a steak fry and cook very well-liked meat.
  Arnsgrün is a small village with about 300 inhabitants. Plauen in 20 minutes is reached, according to Dresden is 2 hours, just to Leipzig, Erfurt and Nuremberg, Regensburg.
  
  Du/Ihr bewohnt mit uns unser alte Haus. Hier sind die Wände aus Lehm, die Decken aus Holz und im Winter muss der Ofen geheizt werden. Es stehen zwei Zimmer zur Verfügung- ein Grosses und ein Kleines. Das Bad teilen wir, wobei im separat stehenden Anbau eine extra Dusche zur Verfügung steht. Hund und Katzen liegen am Abend auf dem Teppich vor dem Kaminofen.
  Im Wohnhaus haben wir keinen Fernseher, am Abend surrt das Spinnrad, wir hören Radio oderCDs und amüsieren uns mit/über unsere Tiere.
  Es gibt W-Lan im ganzen Haus, allerdings nicht besonders schnell.
  Wir essen gern die Dinge aus dem Garten, bereiten unsere Mahlzeiten mit frischen, saisonalen Zutaten zu. Alfred isst gern mal ein grossen Steak, ich bin Vegetarier, weiss aber wie ein Steak zu braten ist und koche sehr gern- auch Fleisch.
  Arnsgrün ist ein kleines Dorf mit ca. 300 Einwohnern. In 20 Minuten ist Plauen zu erreichen, nach Dresden sind es 2 Stunden, ebenso nach Leipzig,Erfurt oder Nürnberg, Regensburg.

  Autres infos...

  At the moment our garden is a big project. The guesthouse is runnig very well and so we didnt spent a lot time in the garden. Thats the reason the area we call garden looks more like a military training ground,-)) Here is help needed for somebody how like to spend time outside.
