  Description

  This is a boutique hotel with restaurant and bar. We are only a 5 minute walk away from the beach Playa Maderas in Nicaragua, one of the most consistent surf spots in Central America. From any point in the hotel you get an amazing ocean view, with an infinity pool on the ground floor, yoga lounge on the second and a 360 rooftop view up top. The hotel has 8 rooms. We have 11 amazing local staff members who are very sweet and smiley.

  We are looking for a couple which would like to support our amazing Nicaraguan staff in this beautiful hotel in Playa Maderas. Our staff is very experienced, and the waiters speak English. We need you to help out with administration and when our bar/waiters need another extra pair of hands.
  
  You will be responsible for the administration and help in the bar/restaurant.
  
  This includes
  •Help guests with whatever they need
  •Assist the whole team as good as possible
  •Create a good working environment
  - Guest relations
  - Social Media
  
  
  What we are looking for:
  A team of 2 who is willing to help out in here. You should have experiences with working in hostels/hotels/restaurants . You have to speak english and spanish.
  
  
  We offer: A private room with a double bed, including a private bathroom. Food will be included. You will also receive a salary and get commission on all the activities you book for guests.

  Our boutique hotel is an eco lodge running mostly by solar energy so you'd be helping out nature. You can speak with our staff and learn some Spanish as well as learning about the Nicaraguan culture and way of life. Furthermore it is a perfect area to (learn how to) surf!
