Description
Our place is located along the bank of the river Serchio in a flat area of Pisa.
The focus of the association at this time is made up of 3 mothers who cultivate the land by raising their children between animals and plants, we carry out activities with kindergartens as an educational farm and we breed animals.
We live fixed on site Erica with her 2 children of 5 and 9 years and many Animals.
The site includes 5 hectares of land with a wooden agricultural outbuilding with a kitchen and a bathroom and a playful-educational outdoor area.
Since 2010 many trees have grown spontaneously creating a small poplar and many others have been transplanted, including about 60 fruit trees of ancient varieties, oaks, willows...
🌟The association hosts since 2019 a Project of *Permaculture* born from *collaboration of Families*
🌱 The aim is to recreate an *ecosystem* through the collaboration between man, nature and the environment through the interaction between young and old, wild and domestic animals, worked and uncultivated environments... listening and love for the earth that welcomes us and gives its fruits🌾
🌱In order to pass on these deep values of self-sufficiency and mutual support, families not only offer their children the opportunity to "absorb" this lifestyle spontaneously, but also plan *educational actions* to encourage the conscious participation of children in self-care, environmental and other care activities.
🍀So by entering these 5 hectares of land experimenting with food production, 'biologic_, working in *synergy* with nature in a way _nutrient_ and _regenerative_ and transmitting this to children... *we sow wonder. *
For educational purposes and passion we have 2 horses, 2 pigs, 1 rabbit, 3 sheep, bees, guinea pig, hens, roosters, chicks, dogs and cats all bred ethologically.
We are motivated by the conviction that it is necessary to adopt more responsible and sensitive lifestyles with regard to nature and more solidary and cooperative towards others.
The presence of children and their families has given beauty, strength and determination to this project and we hope that they will donate more.
We have a bike and at 400m the bus stop to get to Pisa in 15 minutes
