  Description

  We are a family of 4 persons: my husband, my daughter, her boyfriend and me.
  Gavorrano (Gosseto), a village 15 minutes far from the beach, where we live. We also have two dogs, Golden Retriever called Pinabausch and Cabiria and 4 cats.
  Our house is composed by five bedrooms, three bathrooms, three kitchens and a garden.We need help in the house and in our vegetable garden.
  I make cheese, drinks and fermented food, I love to cook and show the old traditions of Maremma.
  
  We are looking for a person who have experience in gardening (better qualified).
  
  We'll do our best to make you feel good and we'll give you the opportunity to visit Italy (Rome, Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca..) by bus or by train.

  They can learn or practice the Italian language, learn about the old traditions of self-production of Italian foods, learn the art of fermentation and home cheesemaking. Learn about the organic vegetable garden and learn how to grow hay mulch.
  
  
  Possono imparare o praticare la lingua italiana, conoscere le vecchie tradizioni di autoproduzione dei cibi italiani, imparare l'arte della fermentazione è della caseificazione casalinga. Conoscere l'orto-giardino bio dove regna la BIODIVERSITA' ed imparare a coltivare con la pacciamatura del fieno.

  Aide

  Your work consists in 4 or 5 hours per day with 2 days free. We agree on days off together.
  Help in the house : cleaning, folding linen, making bed, cleaning away...
  All this we do together as well as vegetable garden and the garden.
  we can dedicate ourselves to cleaning the vegetable garden, garden... it is generally done in spring and autunn.
  We may also need dog and cat sitters when we are not at home.

  We also have experience in the field of fermentation and self-production of cheeses, the cakes and focaccias are strictly self-produced as our grandmothers did. It is possible to reach the beach by bus.
