  Description

  Hello,
  
  We are a production and tourism center with syntropic agriculture / agroforestry / regenerative agriculture. We work with vegetables, fruits, cattle integration, and soon with essencial oils as well.
  
  As a small diverse place, the demand for help is diverse, includes maintenance of structures, chickens, bringing salt to cattle, management of agroforestry systems, mowing and pruning, vegetable gardens, nurseries, distillation of essential oils,
  
  We are 2 hours from SP on the border with MG in the Mantiqueira mountains with many waterfalls in the region.For accommodation we offer private rooms with basic food such as local vegetables and fruits, such as rice, beans, etc. Toledo, a small town 15 minutes walk from the place, has markets, greengrocers, açaí where you can buy other things that we don't have as well.
  
  Come learn and work with us. Alcohol and drugs are not allowed to maintain a more focused environment.
  
  We offer a rustic, well integrated in nature housing, acess to our online courses.
  We expect only 3 hours of work per day (from 7:30 am til 10:30 am), 5 days a week, since we do not offer the bought food, only what the farm is producing at the moment. Though its very easy to organize your food... by:
  
  1. Harvesting veggies, fruits, seasonins such as basil and rosemary.
  2. Buying whatever you need at the local markets, 1km or 15min walk from the farm.
  3. A sweet lady named Lina who lives in one of the houses cooks abundant lunches for anyone who wants to partake for R$15/ meal. We all eat at Lina's house theses days, her cooking is formidable and for most its the main meal. We enjoy eating at Linas since its a moment for us all to get together laugh and eat well.
  
  The internet works well, we have fiber optics.
  
  We have many waterfalls in the region.. one that is walking distance, though it isn't the best. Many hikes and sight seeing to do .

  Somos um centro de produção e treinamento com agricultura sintrópica / agrofloresta / agricultura regenerativa.
  
  Trabalhamos com hortaliças, frutas, em breve óleos essenciais. Temos também vaquinhas em sistemas agroflorestais.
  
  Estamos procurando pessoas que gostam de trabalhar no campo, como o sítio é pequeno, a demanda de trabalhos são diversas. Inclui manutenções de estruturas, organizações e limpezas, cuidar das galinhas, levar sal para bovinos, manejos de sistemas agroflorestais, como roçar e podar, hortas, viveiros, em breve destilação de óleos essenciais.
  
  Estamos a 2hs de SP divisa com MG nas montanhas da mantiqueira com muitas cachoeiras na região.
  
  De alojamento oferecemos uma hospedagem simples mas bem integrada na natureza, com quarto, sala, banheiro simples, e cozinha.
  
  Pedimos somente 3 hs por dia de trabalho, das 7:30 as 10:30 da manhã, 5 dias por semana, como oferecemos hospedagem, acesso aos cursos online (temos 3 cursos), aprendizados práticos.
  
  Em relação à comida, vocês tem as seguintes opções:
  1. Muitas verdurinhas, frutas e temperos que podem colher a vontade.
  2. Quitandas, e mercados locais ficam a 1-2 km do sítio, ou 15min a pé onde podem ir e comprar as suas comidas (para cozinhar na sua cozinha).
  3. A Dona Lina mora no sítio conosco em uma outra casinha faz almoços simplesmente incríveis e abundantes, por R$15 a refeição. Todos nós comemos na casa da Lina como facilita muito o nosso dia a dia e se torna um momento de encontro e risadas.
  
  Temos muitas cachoeiras e passeios gostosos pela região. Dois centros budistas, cervejaria artesanal, e outros pontos de passeios.
  
  A internet é boa, fibra ótica.
  Não é permitido álcool e drogas ilícitas para manter um ambiente mais focado.
