  Description

  Hello naturelovers!
  
  I am Verena, living in a small paradise with over a 3200 qm land, close to the center of Graz (15 km).
  The land is elevated in a small valley surrounded by hills and forests. Around are only a few houses, Horses and fields full of wildlife. 2/3 of the land itself is very steep with a vegetable garden and an orchard with over 60 trees: apples, nuts, peaches, plums, grapes which are waiting for your help to harvest from June to end of October.
  I am living in an experiment how it is to live with and from nature, wild and free and responsible with mother earth.
  This simple and self determined lifestyle is making me very happy, although it is sometimes challenging. Specially for me, since I still struggle physically with fatigue syndrom, I need good people which are not shy to all kind of tasks and able to work also in hard physical work and independent, selfmotivated and joyful.
  
  I am having chronic fatigue since many years and my energy goes up and down, so I am sometimes very active and other times I need to delegate and rest. Still I am always full of inspiration and far away from the consumption mode and I like to collect and use recycling materials and create all kind of things on the place. This keeps me somehow healthy in a world of materialism and helps me to handle the fatigue better.
  
  At the moment I need help for construction work, plumbing, woodcraft, grass cutting with a scythe and harvest. handy people are very welcome!
  Since two years, I am taking a pause from vegetable garden, until i have construction work finished.
  
  You would be acommodated either in the house in a cute upstairs mezzanin, or if available in an own flat, which I currently preparing for AirBnB.
  
  The diet is vegetarian and simple with, salads, fruits from the own garden.. For breakfast everyone can take what they want and usually care also about what people prefer to eat. I sometimes get food from a food rescue place, which is usually organic and still delicious.
  
  I strictly don´t allow people which take alcohol or drugs during the stay with me. I am more looking for conscious people which are into selfdevelopment and authentic relationships. I like an atmosphere where people can speak out what is on their heart and also can handle if I speak out what is not ok for me, what I need and want. My experience is that it takes some maturity to be able to receive respectful feedback. This is very nessecary for me, since I need to be able to say when a task is not done in the way I want or a houserule is not followed. What I figured over the years is that I am not good as a teacher for language. I decided to only take people which speak fluent english of german.
  
  I am also not open for man who are looking for a woman or a way to immigrate in Austria. I am sorry to say this here, but it seems that recently workaway is used from people to look for a partner or a chance to immigrate.

  The life in nature is demanding and I really need to have practical, responsible, skillful people which are aware of what is needed to be done, are self-motivated and can work also independently.
  I give freedom in the timing you want to work, but I prefer clearity and structure in which we agree mutually.
  
  I need people which have some of the following skills: woodcraft, carpentry, repair projects, electricity, plumbing.

  Styria is a very scenic country with mainly hills and mountains. The nearby city of Graz is easily reachable by bus. The bus station is 3 km away, since I don´t have a car, you can take the bicycle to reach the bus. The city of Graz is announced as worldheritage with a broad cultural program.
  3km from my place is a clean and beautiful small lake free accessible at any time.

  In case you can keep the agreement with the required hours of exchange and bring your own internet access, then it is a good place to focus, since it is quiet and no distruction.

  Espace pour garer des vans

  It is a steep road 30 meter uphill to my house. There where already people coming with there caravan. If it has a strong engine, then it is not a problem and you have a very good spot to stay with your caravan

  Dogs need to be very well educated, since there is a lot of wildlife. If you travel with your cat, be aware that there are already plenty of cats around the house and there might be territory fights
