  Description

  I am originally from Azerbaijan, but have been living in Barcelona, Spain for the last 17 years. One of my passions is surfing and paddle boarding (SUP) and this year I decided to turn my passion into a new venture in my home country! Our project is completely new, but we are very excited about its potential and growth opportunity! Join us in this fun adventure and experience Azerbaijan to the fullest this summer!
  There is currently one locally paid person in Baku, Azerbaijan. If the project is successful, we are planning to hire 1 or 2 more team members.

  There are many benefits of this experience for travelers.
  1. Baku is a vibrant city that is "off the beaten track" for most travelers. They will enjoy a completely new experience in a welcoming, hospitable country, with a great team that will help them in anything they need. Coffee shops, bars, restaurants, nightlife, everything needed for a young active person to enjoy!
  2. They will help a new business take off. Travelers will be a part of a new exciting journey of our SUP school, will gain entrepreneurial, client management and teamwork skills in a new cultural environment, which will be a great asset whatever they do in the future
  3. They will immerse in the local culture, with its customs and traditions.
  4. They will enjoy marvelous sightseeing and nature of Baku and surrounding areas. From museums, historic sights and monuments to spectacular mountains and forests, all is accessible for the team members
  5. Delicious cuisine! Every person travelling to Azerbaijan is amazed by its mouthwatering cuisine, you will enjoy every bit of it! It's good that the main activity is paddle boarding, you will burn all the calories gained from eating!

  We’re looking for a paddle surf instructor in Baku, Azerbaijan, who is excited to have a unique experience! We are opening a new SUP school and are looking for help from travelers who are comfortable with paddle boarding and water/swimming. Our team members will be expected to teach the basics of paddle boarding to the beginners, occasionally accompany a guided SUP tour of clients, help us with general care for the equipment (paddle boards, paddles, accessories), including preparing the boards after each session and answering general questions from clients. Additionally, if a traveler has experience working with children, we may involve him/her in our children's club activities as well.
  The founders of the SUP school are based in Barcelona , Spain and are looking to build a fun and dynamic team that enjoys the working experience while with us!

  Our team will provide you with accommodation in a shared flat that will be rented in Baku. Travelers will share the flat with other travelers or local team members.

The beautiful, crystal clear lakes you find here are the perfect place to dive into a summer of adventure!
  Whilst you spend some of your time teaching paddle surf at the seafront SUP center and enjoying the pristine private beach, you’ll have plenty more time to enjoy the activities mentioned above, all of which are a stones throw away! We’ll make sure everything is organized for you to have a comfortable stay, where you can experience the mouth-watering Azerí cuisine too!! All you need to do is say yes and your summer adventure is all set to begin!
