    Description

    We have a heart-centered family project, a community space in the heart of Tulum — a café, healing and creative hub, and cultural meeting point. We are more than just a place; we are a living project where food, music, and spiritual growth come together.

    What we do:

    Plant-based café & conscious kitchen (vegetarian/vegan meals, teas, cacao) ;
    Healing therapies (Reiki, massage, family constellations, sound healing, ice baths) ;
    Weekly events (Kirtan, cacao circles, ecstatic dance, yoga, integration circles, creative workshops) ;
    A natural store with herbal products, remedies, and handmade crafts.

    We created a space where locals, travelers, artists, and healers can gather, share, and grow. We believe in community, affordability, and conscious living. Everything here has a touch of Hindu-inspired and boho aesthetics, with sacred geometry, music, and a warm family spirit.

    As a Workawayer, you’ll become part of our daily life: helping in the café, supporting events, assisting with creative projects (social media, design, photography), or giving a hand with maintenance and organization. We value initiative, creativity, and heart-centered collaboration.

    We currently have our manager that works with all the organization and flow of the space. One person in charge of the basic kitchen flow. One maintenance person that is in charge of setting up the space and keep the exterior tidy.

    You won’t just volunteer — you’ll become part of our extended family and community. We started this project as a couple, with the help of close friends, and it has naturally grown into a space where people from all over the world come together to share, learn, and create.

    ✨ What you can experience here:

    Join our healing and creative offerings: kirtan, cacao ceremonies, ecstatic dance, yoga, sound journeys, meditation, family constellations, and more.Share skills and ideas with artists, healers, and travelers from many cultures.
    Be part of a boho-Hindu inspired space, with music, art, and sacred geometry woven into the design and daily life.
    Experience the warmth of family life in Tulum, with our two daughters often around, bringing joy and playfulness to the space.
    Our home is open to exchange — we love to hear your music, taste your cooking, learn about your traditions, and welcome your creativity. In return, we offer you an opportunity to live inside a conscious community, reconnect with nature and spirit, and feel part of something bigger than yourself.

    Cet hôte propose un échange linguistique
    At Ganesha’s Oasis we are a bilingual family — we speak both Spanish and English every day, and love sharing our languages with volunteers. You’ll have the chance to practice Spanish with us and our local community. Our kitchen lead Michel is fluent in French and one of our main garden collaborators Emmanuele is Italian. For us, language is part of the cultural exchange: through conversation, music, and daily life, we all learn from each other.

  • Hébergement

    Hébergement

    Workawayers will stay in a private room with a comfortable bed and air conditioning, located in a shared house with one of our close friends. He is a DJ and Qi Gong facilitator, so the space has a creative and mindful energy.

    You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, and common spaces of the house. The room is your own private space to relax and recharge, while the rest of the house is a social and creative environment.

    ✨ Meals: One healthy meal per day is included with your volunteering. Any additional meals cooked in our café can be enjoyed at a special volunteer discount. We will provide with 2 meals per day of work, but the kitchen is open for you to use and can provide of locations where you can get ingredients in accesible prices

    There is no fee to come and help us, but any type of support or donation for extra food and activities at the space is welcome.

    This setup gives you both privacy and community — a home base where you can connect with local culture, music, and conscious practices, while being part of the daily life of Ganesha’s Lounge.

    We will provide food and drinks in exchange of the amount of service you bring to the place

    Time off
    Tulum has so much to explore! On your free days you can enjoy the white sand beaches, visit the cenotes, bike through town, or discover the Mayan ruins. Our community often organizes events like live music, dance, or healing circles, and you’ll be welcome to join.

    Transport
    The easiest way to get around Tulum is by bicycle or scooter, and colectivos (shared vans) can take you to nearby cenotes, ruins, and towns at a low cost. Taxis are also available, though usually more expensive.

    House rules & lifestyle

    This is a family- and community-oriented project. We value respect, mindfulness, and open communication.

    No heavy partying or drugs in the house — we keep the environment safe, creative, and nourishing.

    Please keep shared spaces clean and respect others living in the house.

    We want everyone to feel at home, so we simply ask for kindness, respect, and a willingness to live in community.
