  Description

  We are a Slovenian family living in Sweden just out of Karlstad. We have two dogs and we love to travel. Whenever we can’t bring them with us we try to leave them with the best company possible. Both of them are really cuddly and easy going, pretty much furry couch potatoes. Odin is American Stafford and Marta is mixed breed. Because of Martas bad experience in the past she is not really fond of other dogs so when outside we keep to ourselves.
  We live in a house by the lake surrounded by beautiful forest full of walking paths. On sunny days they love to spend time lying on the grass, enjoying sun and beautiful nature. If you would choose to come and pet sit our two couch potatoes this would be perfect opportunity for you to spend some quality time in nature and enjoy yourself by the lake.

  We are surrounded by a vast cultural and natural heritage, beautiful nature that offers plenty opportunities for activities, english speaking community that is always welcoming.

  Aide

  Odin and Marta need two walks a day for at least 20 minutes. Up to an hour would be their max of walking time, so they are really easy going. They also eat twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Odin has allergies so he gets special food and is not allowed to have anything else. In the summer months he sometimes needs daily medication (daily pill that he takes like a treat) . They enjoy scratches and cuddles and pet sitters that allow them to sleep in the bed when the owners are not home (banned from the bed because they kept stealing baby’s covers).

  Hébergement

  We have a guest bedroom and a separate guest bathroom available for you. If you would like some more privacy we can offer you a place in our camper van that is equipped with kitchen with water and a stove and a big bed.

  We are a few minutes away from a nearest store with a car and a 20 minute car ride from bigger city and a train station. Upon your arrival and departure we would of course arrange for your transport, during your stay with us there would be bike available to you. Public transport is unfortunately not an option here.

  We have a good internet connection (optic) and an office space that you can use.

  We have a parking in front of our house that can easily fit an additional motorhome. We ourselves have a camper van. We have electricity access from the outside, clean water for you to refill and a drain in the garage where you could empty water.
