Description
My name is Robert, retired from a engineering and academic career[s]: I operate a 10 Achre 3+H parcel in Patagonia Chile. In general there are two green houses , fruit tress and bushes for food soureces. In addition there is a wood lot to harvest wood for heating the house ; as well as using the shredded material for mulch and pathways. I also use some solar for emergency backup wifi access, a developed water storage and distributation for the various gardens.There's Multiple projects that need attention, house maintenance, fencingrepair, forest maintainanc. Easy access to town apx.6 KM.

Helpers are generally exposed to a variety of learning and working oppertunities, seasonal and weather dependent. Tools and machinery utalized are week cutters, chain saw, Chipper/Shredder. General hand tools as needed for the various porjects.

The city of coyhaique is ~8KM from the house. There are apx. 3 National Reserves locally.
The culteral has offerings of movies and live entrtainment; NOTE: Coc-19 HEALTH MANDATES ARE DICTATIONG THE OFFERINGS AND ACCESS TO PUBLIC FACILITIES. No health mandates currently- June 2026. -
