  Description

  I live a 5 bedroom house in Golden Beach in Australia's Sunshine Coast, the beach is a 400m walk and there is a path by the house that takes you right there. It really is a beautiful spot. There is also a bus stop for travel to Mooloolaba/Maroochydore at the back of the house and Bulcock Beach (Caloundra) is in walking distance. (15 minutes)
  
  The house has a swimming pool (currently being repaired), pool table, air hockey, table tennis, dart board, basket ball hoop and soccer goals in the garden. A spacious outdoor seating area and an ice bath and sauna tent if you're into that. There's plenry of parking if you have a car.
  
  I have 2 furnished Queen rooms and a single furnished room going spare and exclusive use of the main bathroom/toilet. (I have an ensuite) I'm probably only looking for max 2 people at a time but if you're a group of 3 friends that don't want to split up I'm open to discussing it.
  
  Currently it's just me and my Great Dane X - Samson.
  
  I'm a time poor small business owner working a lot and Samson isn't getting as much exercise as he needs and he's digging up the garden and making a right mess.
  
  I'm also originally from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 and I came to this country as a backpacker myself so I know the script.
  
  This isn't a job or long term accommodation it's for people passing through for a few days/weeks at a time or need somewhere to stay short term whilst they find long term accommodation. I remember the endless struggle of trying to find somewhere to stay when i was travelling myself.
  
  In exchange for the accommodation I'm looking for help with Samson mainly, walking him and keeping him company and just some help around the house, general cleaning, mowing the lawn the odd time etc. Nothing major.
  
  As for me, I work a lot either out on the road or at home. I volunteer with community outreach and mentoring programs. I still play football ⚽️ competitively go to the gym, go for coffees, beach walks, climb mountains. Enjoy a cold beer 🍺 or glass of wine 🍷 now and again. Love coffee ☕️
  
  I'm about as typical a guy as you'll get. I'm friendly and I'll gladly have a beer or a glass of wine with you on occasions but I also like my own space and I'll respect yours also.

  I'm just looking to offer a helping hand. Travelling was the best thing i ever did but it can get lonely and stressful sometimes and a friendly and safe place to stay can do wonders for your mental state.

  I have 2 furnished queen rooms and a furnished single room. All bedding etc provided.
  
  The main living areas of the house are there to be used so make yourself feel at home.
  
  Fridge and Pantry will always have food in it so help yourself and I cook so happy to cook meals and if you want to cook meals also then great.

  Just to reiterate, this isn't long term its for people passing through or needing somewhere whilst they get set up.
  
  The Beach is on your doorstep, there's plenty to do in the games room and the pool will be there to use in warmer months.
  
  Caloundra has loads of bars/cafes/restaurants and the bus stop is outside to get to Mooloolaba/Maroochydore.
