  Description

  Hello there,
  
  Host of a house near Vilnius here. My name is Martynas, I am a 34 year old head of digital design at my own ad business.
  
  I happen to have some free space in our family place.
  
  Summer is coming, the weather is set to get better come each week, the 65 acre land requires taking after here and there, especially down the grassy part that later faces the lake.
  
  Overally, I am looking for a nice person to have a good time with, enjoy each other's company, who is able to help me with a few things outside, like raking parts of old grass, cutting it after.
  
  The house, the yard with a basketball hoop (I am a big time NBA fan) will welcome a visitor and hopefully be of a great mutual experience.

  I would like to hang out with a nice folk, talk about different things.
  
  I am into nature, healthy lifestyle, positive communication, laughter. Might offer an early morning (or late evening) jog around a couple of kms. There are lakes, many spots to take a rest. At the same time the city is within a walking distance. It is really up to a person how she or he chooses to spend their time.
  
  As far as a cultural exchange, I was studying and living in Denmark for a number of years, had taken Danish language classes in Copenhagen and am always up for practicing it more.
  
  I am not a great cooker, but of course would be happy to make dinner together. I have my own beef sandwich recipe, which I think is really good, but will let a visitor to be the judge.
  
  Anyway, I look forward talking and meeting great, funny, adventurous people.

  There are two bedrooms available, each of which around 15 to 20 m2. One of them with the balcony, a sofa bed and a table. All the usual basics, such as a shower, laundry, dishwasher, two bathrooms.
