ACCOMMODATION and ALL MEALS provided, LGBT friendly!
(PAYING POSITION: minimum hourly wage covered, meals and accommodation provided).

PLEASE CHECK YOUR LOGISTICS AND PRICES TO TRAVEL TO VILNIUS BEFORE YOU APPLY. 9 out of 10 applicants first ask us a million questions only to later realise they cannot afford the trip. We value your time as much as we do ours so make sure you know what the prices of the tickets are before you send us your inquiry.

    POSITIONS AVAILABLE for:

Camp leader in summer camp 2026 July-August (3 weeks min, pay 80 EUR/ week).

These are our dates - which ones would suit you? We have a minimum requirement of 3 weeks, do not have to be in a row:

SHIFT 1 - ( July 5-11) THE GREAT HUMAN EXPERIMENT - Your brain will lie to you. Repeatedly.

Illusions and perception traps, false-memory tests, pressure decisions, trust games, group behavior experiments, and surprising real data.

What happens when curiosity turns into an experiment — and you are both the scientist and the subject? In this camp, you will run ethical psychological experiments to explore how humans think, remember, panic, decide, trust, and cooperate. Through illusion labs, memory challenges, and decision-making under pressure, discover just how unreliable the human brain can be. Group simulations reveal leadership, conformity, and peer influence in action. No lectures — only hands-on discovery, analysis, and “wait… WHAT?” moments that stick.

SHIFT 2 - (July 12-18) LIFE WITHOUT LAWS- No rules. No authority. Now what?

Building a society from zero, creating rules and punishments, power shifts, inequality dilemmas, crisis events, and redesigning the system after it starts breaking.

What would really happen if laws disappeared? Teens are dropped into a live simulation where they must build a functioning society from scratch — deciding on leadership, justice, responsibility, and consequences. As conflicts, scarcity, and power struggles emerge, every decision reshapes the group’s future. The camp explores why laws exist, how systems collapse, and what humans do when no one is in charge. Intense, immersive, and impossible to stay passive.

SHIFT 3 - (July 19-25) THE PERFECT CRIME - Plan it. Hide it. Someone will mess up anyway.

Analyzing crimes, profiling suspects, decoding evidence, interrogation role-plays, designing “perfect” crimes, and uncovering the fatal mistakes.

Is the perfect crime possible — or does every criminal leave a trace? Teens dive into detective thinking, criminal psychology, and logic by solving cases, analyzing motives, and examining evidence. They attempt to design crimes themselves, only to see how plans unravel under scrutiny. Through investigations, interrogations, and ethical debates, participants learn how justice systems work and why human error is inevitable. Every day brings twists, clues, and sharp thinking.

SHIFT 4 - (July 26 - August 1) DESIGN WARS - Invent. Fail. Redesign. Win.

Rapid idea battles, building with limited materials, absurd challenges, prototype testing, redesign under pressure, and final creative showdowns.

This is creativity under pressure. Teens face fast-paced design challenges where they must invent, build, test, and improve ideas using limited time and resources. Some tasks are practical, others hilariously absurd — all reward teamwork and imagination. Failure is expected, encouraged, and reused. Design Wars proves that the best ideas rarely start polished and that chaos is often the path to brilliance.

SHIFT 5 - (August 2- August 8) COMFORT ZONE BREAKERS - Uncomfortable. But safe. But itchy.

Physical and mental challenges, teamwork under stress, leadership swaps, speaking up, endurance tasks, and confidence-building reflection.

Growth starts where comfort ends — but no one is pushed or humiliated here. Through carefully designed physical, mental, and social challenges, teens stretch their confidence, resilience, and self-trust. Activities focus on action: trying, failing, retrying, and discovering that fear doesn’t have to stop progress. This camp builds quiet strength, not show off — and teens leave knowing they can handle more than they thought.

SHIFT 6 - (August 9 - August 15) CAMP WITHOUT LOGIC - Nothing makes sense. That’s the point!

Absurd rules, paradoxical games, sideways problem-solving, constant twists, creative chaos, and laughter-driven reflection.

Normal thinking won’t help you here — on purpose. Camp Without Logic throws teens into surreal challenges where rules change, logic fails, and adaptability wins. To succeed, they must abandon autopilot, think creatively, and embrace confusion with humor. The camp strengthens flexibility, resilience, and imagination through nonsense that secretly trains serious skills. Expect chaos, laughter, and unforgettable “wait… WHAT?” moments.

We are a language school with branches in Vilnius and in Kaunas, as well as three campsites off the campus in the beautiful Anykščiai/Utena area. We actively participate in workaway, especially in summers.

At the moment we are looking for native English speakers, also non-natives with no less than B2 in English who would be able and willing to work with teens in NATURE camps in Anykščiai area (that is a remote rural area, the closest small town Anykščiai is about 16 kilometers away, so lots of nature, zero clubs for parties).

If you are natively English, American, Canadian or Australian (or a non-native with great English), love teaching and a good laugh, are relaxed and independent, can communicate with very different people and do little moaning, then do contact us. After the camp we'll gladly provide you with a certificate and references for your future projects if needed.

N.B. We'd be delighted to welcome people with medical/first aid training who would be able to take care of minor health problems of the campers. Also, sometimes we need camp cooks (that would be a fully paid position, send a message to us if you have the skills and would like to cook for our camps).

    JOB DESCRIPTION

The responsibilities will include independently (using our resources or the internet) preparing activities and organising classes/seminars/workshops in English to kids and teens in a fun and entertaining way. The responsibilities will NOT include moaning and nagging and being lazy. We're expecting you to be quick witted and flexible, so that we can trust you with a group of 10-15 teenagers to manage during activity time. Sense of humour, ability to relate and talk to teens as well as show initiative in organising all types of activities would be very useful.

Please bear in mind that the campers may range from zero English to quite fluent.
We also would like to emphasise that the main purpose of our camps is fun and entertainment, education is not our primary goal, so do not be afraid to apply if you have zero teaching experience.

If you have some activities in your head that you believe would work out great in the camp, let us know and we'll include them in the schedule. The crazier the idea - the better; teens love teachers who're slightly nuts!

Once we agree you'd be joining us, we'd decide which activities you could and would like to cover, discuss their contents and ask you to send us your preparatory materials a bit in advance just to see how it would look in the context of all the event or help you out if you're struggling with some idea or its realisation.

We will provide you with accommodation (a room on the campsite, shared). The place is rural but all you need is there - cooking facilities, hot water, electricity, gas, internet. We will help you to sort out your transportation to/from the campsite.

In Anykščiai nature camps you'll be on the same campsite with all teachers and teenagers (around 30-50 of them) all the time so be prepared for lots of social interaction. It would be great if you could prepare at least 5 group games as an activity you can use when you run out of ideas, just to be on the safe side (can be outdoor or indoor activities, most important that they do not require too much stuff and preparation time).

If you have questions, do not hesitate to ask. We'll arrange a video call with all candidates.

Most important thing, please don't contact us if you have no sense of humour. We are not a typical boring office-like school; we allow wearing casual clothes at work, we have three dogs in our reception and it's OK to have tea and cookies during class time. Like, seriously, be objective and contact us only if you are at least a bit above 'average fun' person. Ask us about IG for a better idea of who we are. Aaand also have in mind - LGBT community members are very welcome in our schools!
