Description
Hi! My name is Rafael and I own a medium size farm in Sintra, Portugal, We're a private homestead and the products we develop are only used for our own consumption, In fact, my day job is miles away from farming and agiculture, since I work in IT.
I live alone with my two daughters (7 and 10 yo) which come and stay with me every two weeks.
There's plenty of space around here, as you can imagine, and meeting new people, cultures and having some fun and enjoy a good company are some of my main goals.
Sintra is an historic village and a major tourist destination famed for its picturesqueness, several historic palaces, castles, scenic beaches, parks and gardens. You can also take some time to enjoy the pool and our personal playground, if you're into exercise and training.

You will be able to enjoy the beautiful town of Sintra and explore all its' picturesqueness. I can also teach you some Portuguese, if that's the case, and show you some of the most interesting spots around here, including the city of Lisbon. You'll be able to learn some "farming" skills and enjoy the quietness and peacefullness of living here. If you're interested, i can also teach some computer programming :)

Aide
I would really enjoy having some help around the house, with some basic tasks. I'm also starting my own garden, so it would be great if you have such skills. There are always some small DIY projects to complete and some maintenance tasks, such as basic wall painting, pateo cleaning, etc. If you speak a different language from Portuguese, I would love to learn from you. If you know how to cook some special dishes from your hometown, I would also love to try them out.

I'm a busy man running a software company, so I'm pretty much busy from early in the morning up to dinner time. I really enjoy music (I play a few instruments and love to sing, let me know if you do too!), exercising/training and cooking. I love some good meal and a fine wine. If you're respectful and organized I believe we'll get along just fine.
We're a private homestead and the products we develop are only used for our own consumption.
