I was part of the team here from March to Oct 2022 and I absolutely loved my time there. Sylvia was so accommodating from the get go and would always let me know if there was anything going on in the area to I could have a chance to attend. We had some great times, laughs and ate sine amazingly delicious food. The camper was comfortable and large
… read more enough to share and not feel too crowded. The locals and those passing through on their travels were all very friendly and there was nothing better than catching the amazing sunsets at the end of each day. The beaches are just stunning and so many areas to go hiking. Rebecca joined us for most of the 2022 season. She fitted in really well and was great with customers and staff. She turned her hand to all tasks and with a bit of encouragement took on some of the cooking for the restaurant, which she did really well. She is a really organised person and was a great help to us over the season. We do hope she may

We were so happy to have Harry with us for most of the summer, he was a great worker, honest, reliable and picked things up really quickly. He had a great manner with the customer's and other staff. He had boundless energy for work and for his down time and made the most of the beautiful surrounding area, beaches and cycles while he was here. We

I had a brilliant time. It's a great place to live and work with lots of amazing places to explore in the surrounding area if you like the outdoors. There are lots of beautiful beaches, mountains, moors etc, and I did some great paddleboarding, surfing, cylcing and hiking. The work was fine and I was able to save up plenty of money as I was
… read more working 45-50 hours most weeks. Sylvia and the others were lovely to work with, they were very patient whilst I was getting started and were always very fair and helpful. I would recommend staying here to anyone who loves the outdoors and wants to spend some time exploring a beautiful area.
We spent over 3 and a half months at the restaurant and guesthouse in Kinlochbervie. It was an amazing experience, the location, the people, the work and the food. We had a good video call with Sylvia before we arrived and made an instant connection and when we arrived we were more than happy with the reception. Sylvia is a beautiful person always

She constantly made sure we had everything we could need,spoiling us with her exceptional culinary skills, fresh caught haddock and locally sourced venison were always on the menu. All the staff were welcoming and ready to show us the ropes. At times the work was fast paced but in a happy environment with a great team.
It is in an amazing part of the world so when you have your days off you can enjoy everything the North of Scotland has on offer, you are virtually on the NC 500.
The accommodation was perfect as well, we had a huge caravan to ourselves,so comfortably fitted out. The last night
we were treated to a brilliant going away dinner with all our new found family. Thank you for everything!
Barbara and Kenny were lifesavers for us the last 3 and a half months. They are such a lovely couple full of life and fun. They fitted in so well with us and all our staff and family and we all are missing them already. Bringing lots of skills and happy to try all tasks and learn new things. They managed to visit a lot of the local area and see
… read more our beautiful scenery in "Magico" there aptly named van during there time with us and they fell in love with Oldshoremore beach. We really couldn't have got better help through this very challenging season. We wish them all the best on their travels and are sure they will have lots of adventures on the way. This is truly an amazing place to stay in and to work at! I am extremely happy and thankful, that I got to spend my summer here! The accommodation is very comfortable, the people are amazingly friendly and welcoming and the scenery is simply breathtaking! This is simply the best work place I ever had!
