  Description

  I live in the beautiful hills of Roleystone, in the main house. I have a small granny flat attached to the house (24 metres squared) which has a washing machine, fridge, kitchen, shower, toilet, television, bed and desk. In return for accomodation I am looking for someone to help with gardening help and basic renovation tasks such as painting. Cleaning would also be useful.

  Basic level of fitness as the garden help is quite extensive, eg clearing weeds, branches, cutting small trees down etc. basic understanding of things like painting, using tools, assembling furniture, hanging shelves etc.

  Granny Flat (small). I have a small granny flat attached to the house (24 metres squared) which has a washing machine, fridge, kitchen, shower, toilet, television, bed and desk. My schedule is unpredictable so I would prefer the person organise their own meals. However, when I am home, I am always happy to share a meal, coffee or a beer together.

  There is a bus stop right outside (25m away), shops and restaurants are within walking distance. There are lots of orchards nearby. In return for accomodation and bills (water, electricity, internet); I am asking for around 8 hours help per week. I fully support the person seeking or maintaining a job. I can help with resumes and job applications as needed too.
