Matt works for a church organisation overseeing youth work around the country. I am an English teacher and also do some freelance writing for magazines. Our two children, both girls, are aged 5 and 8.

An outdoors loving family, we love spending time appreciating the beauty of nature and looking after the earth. We enjoy making music together and being part of our local community. We enjoy meeting people from other countries.

Aide
We have a big garden and really appreciate some help getting on top of the weeds. We are slowly restoring some native bush at the back of the house. Help with general household jobs such as putting out washing and doing dishes is also a great help.

We have a pleasant double room that is fairly separate from the other bedrooms. However, we all share one bathroom so that requires little bit of patience from time to time. Our house is in a quiet, leafy street and is very sunny and comfortable. We would include you in family meals but appreciate sharing the cooking roster with you. We try to make about three meals a week vegetarian.

We live near a bus route and we are about a 20 minute walk to the local beaches.
