  Spend a Season in Spain with Us! ��☀️
  
  Hi! I’m Eva, and I’d love to invite someone kind, easygoing, and nature-loving to join my 10 year-old son, Roger, and me in our home in Spain.
  
  We live in a charming house with a garden in Ametlla del Vallès, a peaceful town near La Garriga, just a short trip from Barcelona, Girona, and Costa Brava. If you love waking up to birdsong, going on hikes, or exploring the countryside by bike, you’ll feel right at home here. We even have a bike you can use to get to the nearby bus station and explore the area.
  
  I'm looking for someone to stay with us during the school year (ideally September to June), though shorter stays could be arranged – from September to December or January/February to May/June.
  
  What We Offer:
  A spacious, light-filled private room with a large bed, desk, smart TV (on the second floor)
  
  A shared bathroom with my 10-year-old son, Roger (on the first floor)
  
  Breakfast and dinner included (plus use of the kitchen for preparing lunch)
  
  Free mornings and every other weekend off (from Friday evening to Monday night)
  
  What We’re Looking For:
  Help with Roger’s after-school routine on Mondays and Tuesdays from 5 PM to 9 PM and Fridays the same schedule as Mondays and Tuesdays but every 15 days- mainly supporting him with homework and having some fun together
  
  Flexible hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays (Roger isn’t home)
  
  Occasional help around the house
  
  If you have skills in graphic design, social media, photography, AutoCAD, or similar tools – I’d be thrilled! I'd also love to practice my English with you.
  
  This is more than a place to stay – it's a chance to enjoy a slower pace of life, connect with nature, and be part of a warm, welcoming home.

  We will share our culture with family events and excursions.
  We are in a natural setting and very close to Barcelona for visiting museums and the sea. The mountains are also very close.

  The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large room upstairs where the guest room would be with television, internet, a large kitchen and living room, a garden and barbecue.

  We get up and I take the child to school. He stays for lunch at school. After 5 p.m. is when I'd need it most. During the day, I have free time or can help with some office tasks, gardening, and general housework. I'll have a bicycle available to ride around town.
