Description
Great to have found you! We are a small, family-run beach hotel and beach bar in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz on the beautiful island of Rügen. Guests love our spacious, very clean double rooms with big balconies, the excellent breakfast service as well as the location in about 50 meters to the beach.
We search for professionals to join our team, experience in 4 star+ hotels or apartments required. Our teams footprint is usually diverse, as of now we are german - brazilian - polish. However your nationality, german language skills need to be at least conversational to ensure guest satisfaction.
The average weekly workload should be 39h, according to your preference. Wednesdays are free usually, weekends busy. Our flexible working plan is directed by personal preference at the beginning of each month. We pay 13,90€ for every hour, plus social benefits and 150% on Sundays.
*We are currently looking for a full time bartender at our new beach bar "surfers28.binz" (check it out on instagram) for july and august. A couple would also suit, both 30hours, part time beach bar and part time breakfast serving in the hotel. (But you would need to share a room in a shared flat with two woman:))*
Delicious breakfast (from guest buffet) is included on every workday at the hotel. Entry to the fancy kind of gym "BSFC" next door is covered for as well. At the beach bar, beach bed and e-foil rental is included.
Accommodation is free, in a (shared) flat directly at the hotel, therefore center to the resort and 50m to the beach. It is included within the contract, spoils you with a newly done kitchen and big windows.

After work the entire island is yours. With around 17,500 guest beds, Binz is the largest Baltic Sea resort in Germany and has been inspiring with its spa architecture since the beginning of the 20th century. The own parking lot, the use of the hotel infrastructure (breakfast from the guest buffet, hotel restaurant at employee prices, wellness area, SUP rental etc.) and the young and dynamic hotel team gain further plus points. Learning's: German, housekeeping & 4 star service, German host (not host-ility) mentality.

We search for professionals to join us, preferably a team of friends for the summer months july and ausgust:
Barkeepers at our beach bar surfers28: prepare snacks, drinks, and if you know how to social media or DJ or even better sing or play an instrument - you're the perfect fit.
About 98% of guests here are German natives - we therefore highly value german language skills!
Additional tasks like gardening, shopping, helping the housekeeping and reception team round up the position, as a small family run hotel everybody supports each others tasks.

Hébergement
Accommodation guaranteed in a shared apartment with 3 rooms, bathroom, kitchen and hallway at the hotel location in 50m to the beach rent-free. Did I mention that you get a daily free buffet breakfast on working days?
The kitchen and living quarters are just renovated and offer a dishwasher, oven, induction stove and big fridge and also smart TVs.
