  Description

  We are a couple, Raúl and Laia, 38 and 34 years old, with a little 3 years old daughter, Keira, young Spanish entrepreneurs who started two parallel projects and united in a healthy lifestyle in nature.
  
  This consists of two companies, one of active tourism, adventure sports in nature (kayak, multi-adventure, snorkeling, rappel, psychobloc, etc), directed by Raúl, making his dream come true, and working doing what he really loves.
  
  And the second, a company of agroecological production of aromatic and medicinal plants, its name is Sànima, for sale as infusions and certified organic spices, led by Laia, which hopes that in the future it will become a social-labor insertion company for women. Fulfilling this way his dream of living off the earth and contributing his little seed in this world to make it a little better. It consists of 8000m2 of plant cultivation.
  
  All this, joins the farm, located in Sant Joan de Labritja, in the mountains near the famous beach of Cala Benirràs, in the north of the Ibiza island. This is the most virgin and wild part, the farm is in a beautiful natural environment, very quiet, where what is most heard are the songs of the many birds that inhabit it.
  
  On the farm, we are building a visitable garden of aromatic, medicinal, culinary plants, edible flowers and wild plants; a geodesic iron dome, as a multi-purpose room for workshops, courses, activities and indoor conferences.
  
  In parallel, we are part of the Association of medicinal plants, SempreViva, for which we offer the place as a meeting, learning and exchange center in this area.
  
  We have been working hard and hard for 7 years to make this dream come true, working hours that do not have the day, with scarce economic resources since we pay a high rent (all our time, working double days, asking for some grants), but with great enthusiasm , effort and perseverance.
  
  Now, we are in a moment in which we need a strong injection of energy and work, for this final stretch, which we live during this year 2022, in which we start selling our plants, and everything starts to take off.
  
  We want to share this experience and moment with beautiful people, with whom this project resonates, and want to participate actively in something so beautiful that it is about to blossom.
  
  At the same time learn about nature, self-management of health and plants.

  Somos una pareja, Raúl y Laia, de 38 y 34 años, y nuestra pequeña hija Keira de 3 años, jóvenes españoles emprendedores que empezamos dos proyectos paralelos y unidos en un estilo de vida saludable en la naturaleza,
  
  Éste consiste en dos empresas, una de turismo activo, deportes de aventura en la naturaleza (kayak, multiaventura, snorkel, rappel, psicobloc, etc), dirigida por Raúl, haciendo así su sueño realidad, y trabajando haciendo lo que realmente le apasiona.
  
  Y la segunda, una empresa de producción agroecológica de plantas aromáticas y medicinales, para su venta como infusiones y especias ecológicas certificadas, dirigida por Laia, que espera que en un futuro se convierta en una empresa de inserción socio-laboral, para muejeres. Cumpliendo así su sueño de vivir de la tierra y aportar su semillita en este mundo para hacerlo un poquito mejor. Consta de 8000m2 de cultivo de plantas.
  
  Todo ello, se une en la finca , situada en Sant Joan de Labritja, en las montañas cerca de la famosa playa Cala Benirràs, en el norte de la isla. Esta es la parte más virgen y salvaje, la finca se encuentra en un entorno natural precioso, muy tranquilo, donde lo que más se oye son los cantos de los muchos pájaros que habitan en ella.
  
  En la finca, estamos construyendo un jardín visitable de plantas aromáticas, medicinales, culinarias, flores comestibles y plantas silvestres; un domo geodésico de hierro, como sala polivalente para realizar talleres, cursos, actividades y conferencias a cubierto.
  
  Paralelamente, formamos parte de la Asociación de las plantas medicinales, SempreViva, para la cual ofrecemos el lugar como centro de encuentro, aprendizaje e intercambio en este ámbito.
  
  Llevamos 7 años trabajando mucho y muy duro para hacer realidad este sueño, trabajando horas que no tiene el dia, con escasos recursos económicos ya que pagamos un alto alquiler (todo nuestro tiempo, trabajando dobles jornadas, pidiendo algunas subvenciones), pero con mucha ilusión, esfuerzo y perserverancia.
  
  Ahora, nos encontramos en un momento en el que necesitamos una fuerte inyección de energia y trabajo, para esta recta final, que vivimos durante este año 2022, en el que empezamos a expandir la venta de nuestras plantas, y todo comience a despegar.
  
  Queremos compartir esta experiencia y momento con bellas personas, con las que resuene este proyecto, y quieran participar activamente en algo tan bello que está a punto de florecer.
  
  A la vez que aprender sobre la naturaleza, la autogestión de la salud y las plantas.

  We offer to live and share a unique experience, with beautiful people and in a beautiful project, from the heart.
  
  You can be part of this moment in the project, in which a good push is needed, so that the seed that we take care and watering for 4 years will flourish.
  
  We offer this exchange with volunteers,
  
  1. Work 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, each one with free accommodation, without food (in charge of the volunteer, even if we eat some meals together)

  Ofrecemos vivir y compartir una experiencia única, con bellas personas y en un bonito proyecto, de corazón.
  
  Puedes ser partícipe de este momento en el proyecto, en el que hace falta un buen empujón, para que florezca la semilla que llevamos cuidando y regando durante 7 años.
  
  Ofrecemos este intercambio con los voluntarios,
  
  1. Trabajar 4 horas al dia, 5 dias a la semana, por persona con alojamiento incluido, sin comida (a cargo del voluntario, aunque algunas comidas las hagamos juntos).

  Aide

  Aromatic and medicinal plants
  
  - Maintenance (remove weeds and quilting) of the crop and garden.
  - Harvest of plants, drying, selection, leafless, packaging.
  - Nursery / plant nursery.
  - Finish flower boxes with stone, pergolas, decoration and others (bird houses, insect hotels, posters ...) of the visitable garden.
  - Brush cutter.
  - Make fertilizers and slurry.
  - Modernization of the dryer.

  Plantas aromáticas y medicinales
  
  - Mantenimiento (quitar mala hierba y acolchar) del cultivo y jardín.
  - Cosecha de plantas, secado, selección, deshojado, empaquetado.
  - Plantel/vivero de plantas.
  - Terminar jardineras con piedra, pérgolas, decoración y otros (casitas de pájaro, hoteles de insectos, carteles...) del jardín visitable.
  - Desbrozadora.
  - Realizar abonos y purines vegetales.
  - Modernización de secadero.
  - Limpieza de caminos y bosque.
  
  Construcción
  
  - Estructuras de sombreado de mandera autogestionada.
  
  
  Practicar lenguas
  
  - Si podemos practicar/intercambiar idiomas nos gustaría, sobretodo aprender más inglés.
  
  Disfrutar y conectar.
  
  Para nosotros es importante conectar con nosotros mismos, con los demas y la naturaleza. Aprender a observar, escuchar y respetar, amando lo que hacemos en cada momento.

  Caravan Option
  
  Accommodation in caravan, very well maintained. It has two double beds, convertible table with seats around, and an extra single bunk bed. Gas stove, electricity and a bit of wifi.
  
  Option Double room with its own bathroom, in our house with us.
  
  Fully equipped outdoor kitchen shared with residents in the house. Bathroom attached to the house with shower and washing machine also shared. Dining room, lounge, chillouts and other common areas.
  
  
  
  Opción Caravana
  Alojamiento en caravana, muy bien cuidada. Dispone de dos camas dobles, convertibles en mesa con asientos alrededor, y una cama litera individual extra. Estufa de gas, electricidad y un poco de wifi.
  
  Opción Habitación doble con baño propio, en nuestra casa con nosotros.
  
  Cocina exterior totalmente equipada compartida con residentes en la casa. Baño anexo a la casa con ducha y lavadora también compartido. Comedor, salón, chillouts y otras zonas comunes.

  We receive help from friends and volunteers in the area, and we organize community work days, with barbecue or calçotada from time to time.
