  Hello, I am searching for preferible a woman from now on in the middle of the beautiful València, Spain.
  
  I am an 83 years old Spanish woman, a retired teacher and a widow. I'm looking for company and some help with everyday tasks. Specifically, I would need someone to help me with the following tasks: Write down and remind me of my medical appointments, accompany me for a walk or visit nearby places, carry out daily tasks such as changing the telephone company or keeping my bills up to date, help me with the purchase, make some small home repair, etc. Sometimes I like to spend time with my grandchildren and I would like to be with someone who also takes care of them. They are 9 year old twins.
  I also wish to do a linguistic and cultural exchange with an English-speaking woman.
  I have an open character and eager to learn new things. I offer a room in my house in Valencia and board in exchange for help with the tasks mentioned.

En concreto necesitaria a alguien que me ayude con las siguientes tareas: Anotar y recordarme mis citas médicas, acompañarme a pasear o ha visitar lugares cercanos, hacer gestiones cotidianas como cambiar de compañia telefónica o llevar al día mis recibos, ayudarme con la compra, hacer alguna pequeña reparación en el hogar, etc.
  A veces me gusta pasar tiempo con mis nietos y me gustaria estar con alguien que también los cuide. Son mmelizos de 9 años.
  También me gustaría hacer intercambio lingüístico y cultural con mujer de habla inglesa.
  Tengo un caracter abierto y con ganas de aprender cosas nuevas. Ofrezco una habitación en mi casa de Valencia y manuteción a cambio de ayuda con las tareas mencionadas.

  My flat is not very big, it has 3 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. It is in a very lively and central square in Valencia. It has very close bus and metro and also a train 15 minutes away. I have wifi and air conditioning. In the square where I live there is a municipal market with quality local products. Among the points of interest near this Market Square are the Torres de Quart and the IVAM, which are highly attractive to tourists. The botanical garden is also a highly recommended place.
