  Hi there!!My name is Ángela (58),a vet working as an official health inspector in the middle of Don Quixote,s land, in a beautiful medieval village(Belmonte, Cuenca province). On the top its impressive castle. I live with 4 cats, two dogs and a donkey called Ramón. My House is placed in a lovely land(3Has) surronded by nature,oaks having truffles deep inside, olive trees to get a wonderful olive oil, almond trees blooming in spring time and a path to grow our orgánic vegetables... I porpose you share our meals cooking toguether...I must say I am not a good cook...

  I need some help watering truffles in summer, harvesting olive trees in winter time ,some gardening...not too much work(3 or 4 hours per day)
  Once per month I must go to Madrid, so Ramón and the rest will need you..

  You will have your own space, a cool appartment next door to my house. Just an hour from the charming Cuenca City an two hours from Madrid...pretty clóse if you love explore around and tourist.

  Visiting our Castle is a must, and visiting the ancient wind Mills of don Quixote. You also can learn how a water Mill works. There are several industries around where you can learn how Manchego cheese is made( and taste It!!!) and how olive oil or wine is made...
  Cuenca City( an hour from Belmonte) Will leave you breathless...Have a go!!!
