Language practice, teach me Spanish in Sofia, Bulgaria

  Description

  Hello!
  I'm an American in Bulgaria. I have been trying to learn Spanish all my life as I'm from California, but it's always difficult to maintain my vocabulary and actually speak in real time. Anyone who is able to teach me Spanish in your own way is welcome!
  
  I also have started gardening and some work on the terrace and some tasks around the house or tidying up and if someone wants to teach me those skill and lend a hand that is fine as well
  I live in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia. I have traveled to 75 countries and so there are many stories we can share as this has been the longest I've been in one place in the last 5 years.
  
  You are able to come and go as you please aside from the time we are studying together.
  I prefer the study time or productive time to be in the early morning, so somebody who can wake up early.
  You are free to schedule your own things as long as it doesn't hinder our study time.
  Weekends are off. and on weekdays 3hours of study or working per day in Spanish.
  Being in Sofia, there is everything within walking distance with easy public transportation.

  You will have your own room and a bathroom ! I'm not the tidiest person, so any more mess will be a problem..

  I need language lesson from
  2hrs in the morning and 1hr via messenger throughout the day.
  These hours will be mostly prescheduled, so you can figure out your own schedule and do your own thing the rest of the time.
