Description
For the past five years, we—Jacob and Christine—have been living in our Andalusian villa with a lovely, spacious property, located 15 kilometers outside the famous seaside town Chiclana de la Frontera on the Costa de la Luz. We poured our hearts into renovating our traditional villa and redesigning the large garden—adding numerous fruit trees, a vegetable patch, a nursery and many flowerbeds to boost biodiversity. The Villa has two bedrooms , two bathrooms and two functioning offices(if needed) and provides us all comfort needed all year around.
Our three endearing cats found their ways to us over time; despite they are quite independent, they really enjoy their daily cuddles. Our six chicken will need to be feed once or twice a day, fresh water and a clean up once in a while. In exchange they provide fresh eggs almost every day.
Here you will find beside some of Europe’s most beautiful beaches and a highly diverse rural areas, culturally interesting villages(white villages) and towns(Cadiz , Tarifa and Seville) are within an hour’s drive.
The local area and nearby *Ventas* attract an international open minded neighbourhood, offering great opportunities for making connections and practice languages.
In walking distance is a busstop with regular buses into town, from where you find a tram to Cadiz such as transfers to other cities.
We are looking for quiet people who would enjoy the countryside and peacefulness , the nice weather, the animals , the beaches, relaxing by the pool.or exploring typical spanish villages and towns. They must be responsible, energetic, motivated people, with a good sense of humour
.
Despite It is very peaceful and quiet here, it is not an isolated house in the middle of nowhere, the house is in a semi rural area located on a side road.
The pet and house sitting stay is a minimum of 2 weeks. -

Cleo, Cäsar and Jamonito (1 an)
Cleopatra found us as soon we moved in. She trusts people easily, enjoys their company, but she certainly survived several months or years on her own before she choose to stay with us. She is the real boss in the house.
She barely accepted our new very wild male cat, who came to us, as he was less than a year old. He usually needs a bit time to get used to strangers, but he has a super calm character and is very sociable with the other two cats. Our little one was dropped at our property, as he was maxmum 6 weeks old. He is absolutely adorable and cuddely.
