  Hi! I’m Iliana, and I live with my daughter Athinaïs in a bright, spacious apartment in beautiful Pangrati, right in the heart of Athens. I’ve been on Workaway for about 10 years now — mostly to find some help when Athinaïs was little. But children grow faster than you can imagine, and now she’s almost 11 and needs less and less… help (or so she claims!).
  
  These days, things run pretty smoothly — I’m not working at the moment, and life is rolling along nicely. The only time we really need an extra hand is during holidays, when we’re away. That’s when we’d love a kind, responsible person (or even two!) to take care of our furry family members: our three cats, plus our occasional guest star — Giakoumis, our dog — who sometimes can’t join us on flights.
  
  During the holidays there’s no strict schedule — we might be here in Athens, in my hometown Loutraki, in Thessaloniki, or somewhere near the sea… it’s summer, after all, anything can happen!
  
  You’ll have the apartment all to yourself, free to enjoy the center of Athens, go exploring around the city, or even take a short trip nearby. We’re very flexible and easygoing — so if you love animals, a relaxed rhythm, and good vibes, you’ll fit right in.

  I can teach you some Greek and of course we can show you around.
  
  Museums and cultural points are really close to us o foot or by bus!

  Aide

  Mostly the one basic and serious task that you will have are the pets.
  
  Eriko, the wise orange one that is always hungry.
  To gataki (the little cat), the black peacemaker.
  The mirmigi (the ant), can't be described in few words. He is special.
  
  Yiakoumis, the dog. Always happy for food, walks and cuddling. Excact what a dog loves. He is easy going, he doesn't like all the male dogs that are living around but he is easy to handle and not that heavy to pull, only 13kg.
  
  There are 2 serving times, morning and around 18.00 in the evening for the cats. Yiakoumis has his bowl all day full as he is a slow eater.
  We clean the litter every day!
  
  Yiakoumis needs at least 3 walks per day, short or long ones. He can be with you all day if you want (cafe, restaurant, walking around etc) and he can also go on a boat. Busses, trains etc he is not allowed (yet). The vet is 5min on foot and the small park just 4min on foot.
  
  For the rest..as most of the time you ll be alone here will be nice to know that someone is respecting the apartment and the neighbors!
  I ll leave you a clean apartment, a semi full fridge (i am not offering meals at this tasks as i might not be there to cook them for you!).

  Hébergement

  At Athinais room, she has a bunk bed, bigger that a single one! There is also my bedroom with a double bed if is needed! There is space in the closets for your clothes!
  
  There is a spacious living room, tv, netflix and internet.
  Spacious kitchen, big bathroom with a bathtub and a big balcony that you can also use to chill.
  
  We live on the second biggest street in Pagrati that has all the shops you might need. There is a bus stop just 10 meters from our entrance, banks, supermarkets, pharmacy etc just outside of our door!

  As you can have 3 days in the raw free you can take some trips around to explore!

  Sir Yiakoumis (1 an)

  This guy was found on Agrafa mountain.
  He loves to be per, walks and hugs.
  His best friend is Mirmigi

  

  Mirmigi

  OMG. Mirmigi means ant, 🐜 as the ant can lift 100 times more from it's weight...
  
  I found him around 3 days old...and now i am his mother and he is my tail.
  The most weirdo in this house and he also loved catnip.... Here is the picture after:

  Athinais Cat.
  The Gataki actually in greek means the little cat and that's his name.
  The only honest and independent cat in this house. Around 4.5 years old.
  
  In the front is Jello (black) in the back is Gataki (other black)

  Antisocial and psychopath. About 6 years old. No photo of him, impossible...

  Orange, loves cuddles and food.
  About 7 years old, the calm bos of this house.
