Description
Hi, we are Leon and Nicole, we are offgrid, we are living for 6 years on this quinta, most important things are done to living the good life. We are looking for helping hands for different kind of work and projects at any time of the year. In spring and summer we organise and support events and festivals. We are happy if someone like to spend some time here and help out with maintenance, fine tuning, gardning, forestwork, painting, event & festival support.
We are quite relaxed people and not working like "machines" and in the meantime having fun.
For example, daily search for tools🤣
If you are not travelling by car, we are close to Oliveira do hospital and can collect you there at the busstation.

Our land is an adventures place, a beautiful valley with very different levels, beatifull rocks and stunning terrasses.
Surrounded by roman and celtic remains. The village is at 10 minutes walk, with a supermarket, cafés, bank, farmacia etc.

No specific skills are needed, just positive open minded people who are willing to help with whats is needed.

Hébergement
We have a caravan or a equipt tent with single or dubble matras. With a compost toilet.
In the mainhouse a shared kitchen and bathroom with a faboulus hot shower and flushing toilet.

We are at the foot of the estrella mountain, explore nature, go for yoga class, or a mountain bike tour or a guided walk. There is plenty to see and discover in our area. You will love it!

Remembering that WorkAway is, indeed work, some days are hard; especially when it is extremely hot. That said, the experience overall was valuable and I am grateful to meet Leon and Nicole.
