Description
Family with two children. We live on an acreage on Denman Island BC. We have dogs and ducks and a big organic garden. We like to spend time outside on the beautiful beaches our island offers.

Denman Island has long been a haven for people escaping from busy urban centres. The island is famous for dances, festivals, quiet roads, and beautiful scenery. Yoga is a prominent activity, as is gardening, and volunteerism. Many artists have made Denman Island their home for decades, and as a result there is a thriving local artistic community.

Aide
We are mainly looking for help with the children while we work. Time would be spent on our land/house for the most part. Help in the house, cleaning our rental property might be another duty. There is also a vegetable garden that needs tending to at times but nothing strenuous: weeding watering. We have a ride-on lawn mower to cut the grass. IF the skills and interest are there, there are also a number of small building projects to get involved with, such as fences, garden gates, a dock and so on. But like mentioned, the priority would be childcare.
