Enjoy nature while helping with our building project in Dolnoslav, Bulgaria

  Description

  Hi,
  we are Kristina and Daniel. We are a couple of artists and travelers in our hearths. In less than a year we've got a house at the edge of Rhodope mountains ( about 33km) from Plovdiv with the intention to closer to the nature, eat better food, breath deeply clean air, play music at late night hours, have more peace and hundreds of other benefits.)
  The village is called Dolnoslav and the area is very beautiful with many places to go around. In 5 walking minutes from the house you are starting to climb the mountain. Close by are meadows, forests, river, horse house.
  
  We are new in the area and there are construction projects around the house that need to be finishes before autumn comes. So we would really appreciate help mostly in repairing the house.
  
  Our other projects:
  
  / We are musicians in the duo. Playing World Balkan music mostly at the instruments Tambura and daf. But we also play guitar, ukulele, other drums and more. So musicians are more than welcome to come and jam together!
  
  / Music academy + the closest town to us is called Asenovgrad (12km away on a nice road) where we started to develop a music academy. At the moment Daniel is teaching there acoustic guitar, ukulele and tambura. We can share with some music lessons if you wish :)
  
  / Natural cosmetics + Kristina is creating natural remedies and cosmetics from the herbs of the garden and the mountain. She can share some knowledge and know how
  
  We have a lovely dog and some cute cats.

  Hébergement

  Sleep: Update: As the second floor of the house is under construction, the porch is currently not available. We can offer you a tent to sleep in the yard. If too much raining - you can always get shelter inside. In the yard there is a bathroom area, sink, and nice covered place with share - summer gets really hot. (You can sleep at our lovely porch that has a great view or in a tent at the yard. The weather is great now and it is super for sleeping outside, as the night are pretty cool. The porch is about 20 sq.m. with roof. )
  
  You can use: an indoor kitchen, outdoor kitchen, indoor shower, and toilet, and outdoor toilet
  
  We cook food together here. We eat mostly vegetarian, but including meat is OK with us. We have wonderful local access to homemade cheese, milk, and eggs. There is also the possibility to get fresh fish and meat too. The region is of wines and rakia - so if you are keen to there - I am sure you will enjoy it ;)
  And yeah, if you come here - food is from us.

  Autres infos...

  Transport: The village of Dolnoslav is about 33km from the center of Plovdiv. There are regular buses and trains from Plovdiv to Asenovgrad. We can come and get you from the station in Asenovgrad. Still there are buses Asenovgrad / Dolnoslav everyday, so you can also use these if you need in your free time.
