  Description

  Hello there. I am looking for a cat sitter and general house sitter for a few months (dates to be confirmed), in the lovely Morecambe bay. The help mostly involves pet sitting my cat Arya whilst I am away. So must love cats and have some experience with their care. Arya is mostly an indoor cat so the help will involve feeding her. Making sure her litter is clean and playing with her and keeping her company. Shes great company. She is very independent and a beautiful calico with a huge amount of emotional intelligence. She is not a typical lapcat but she does like company and to sleep on the end of the bed. She loves playing.. especially hunting games and generally feels closer the more you engage in playtime with her. She will at times go outside but only for little while which should be monitored.
  
  The house sitting part is to keep a general eye on the house whilst im away and notify me of any issues that may occur. Check the post and water the plants etc.
  The house itself is a charming 3 storey victorian townhouse with original sash windows. There are two other girls living on the other floors within the house.
  
  You will have a studio room to stay in at the top of the house with a sea view on a tree lined street 2 minutes from the sea and the promenade.
  
  Morecambe also has an 'interesting' creative community that is geared towards community projects and crafting. Aside from looking after arya, the rest of your time is yours to explore the bay and the lake district which is very beautiful and close by. Also Lancaster a super nice city with a castle is only 4 miles away. Morecambe is a seasonal seaside town so can be quiet during the winter months. Perfect for nature lovers and walkers. Would suit a quiet female looking for a peaceful environment to stay, who has experience of cats and would enjoy a workaway stint looking after one.
  
  Unfortunately I won't be here for most of that time as a cultural exchange however there are other people that live in the house and Morecambe has many community/art groups that one can get involved with.
