  Description

  Hi! I'm Cheng, and I run a cozy and caring pet boarding home located just outside the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur city center. We're more than just a boarding space — we also actively support local animal rescue efforts and fostering pets in need.
  
  As a Workawayer, you’ll be part of our little pet-loving community. Your main tasks will include spending quality time with the pets, helping with feeding sessions, general cleaning, and general assistance around the house. Occasionally you be helping me at adoption drives and rehoming of pets.
  
  If you love animals and want a meaningful, hands-on experience in a laid-back urban spot near KL, we’d love to hear from you!

  Spending lots of time with dogs/animal care.
  We are a Chinese Malaysian household.
  You will get a lot of Chinese mix with Malaysian exposure.
  Multicultural food around the area.

  Aide

  You must be a dog lover 😉. You are required to help out from :
  8am till 10:30/11am (depends on the requirement). AND 4:30pm to 7pm
  OR
  8am till 12:30/1pm (DEPENDS on house requirements & number of dogs present)
  
  Work shift/ schedule are negotioable on day to day basis/ weekly basis. (as long as you complete 4/5 hours daily)
  Then the rest of the day time you are free to go any where. And you are required help out Mon - Fri. If you need for Friday early release Incase you want to go for excursions on the weekends to nearby cities, please let us know and we will workout the replacement shift during the weekdays work.
  
  Your skills needed are as following:
  - Feeding the dogs + work with dogs
  - Spending times with the dogs / Walk the dogs if needed.
  - General help around when pawrent send their fur babies in (check-in and out)
  - Work closely with me who is in & out
  - Clean up after the dogs/ house
  - little help on general fixing and maintenance around the house /yard
  - if you are okay to sleep with dogs sometimes would be great cos some of them just love being around ppl.
  - Weeding + pruning up the garden. 9if you have a green finger even better)
  - Sometimes we have rescue dogs with us and you are required to work with me on rehoming the dogs.
  - Adoption Drives if needed. (not compulsory)
  
  Minimum stay of 3 weeks to one month is required. If you need longer stay let us know.
  
  Free accomodations (a room is provided)
  Simple Breakfast / lunch is provided.
  You would have to arrange your own dinner.
  
  At the end of your stay if you wish to donate to our caused. Any amount contributes a long way.

  Hébergement

  Room and a bed. Again you have to be okay sometimes if a poodle decides to spend a night with you. A personal room with proper bedding. Kindly take note is a fan room with basic amenities.
  
  Workaswayers are required to spend 4/5 hours a day with us hence we provide breakfast and lunch 😋

  Our place is near to a lot of shops /convenient store and local delicacies. Also it is a walking distance to the park and the night alfresco bars. There is a hill you can hike just right behind our house. Beautiful hiking spot. 15 mins by car to Batu Caves and 25mins by car to downtown KL. 20mins by car to Sunway Lagoon. Our establishment is near to city and lots of green space.
