  Description

  Hi everyone,
  Do you like building, gardening, kids? Our next projects are building a garden hut, a workshop, outdoor shower, compost toilet and sooner or later a greenhouse, too.
  
  We are currently looking for one person to stay with us preferably to help with building and garden projects and property maintenance, or as a helper in the house, especially with our 2.5 year old son, help in the kitchen and household.
  
  Additionally we are interested in someone who is experienced in marketing to expand our business.
  
  Until our house is finished to move in (perhaps in may) we live in a rental house at about 20 Minutes walking distance to the property.
  
  You are very welcome to either live with us, having your own room, or staying on the property in a tent or in our unfinished house.

  My small family and I have bought 5,5 hectares of beautiful land in the southern zone of Costa Rica. The land has a magical clean river and plenty of potential for development into an organic, conscious, peaceful, and creative living space.
  
  We invite you to live with us and help us develop our land into a healthy, natural, and simple way of living in connection with nature.
  
  If you are seeking for a place to live, we offer you the land for free, so you can build your living space and help us create something amazing from it.

  A few values that must be agreed upon:
  • No alcohol, no cigarettes
  • natural building material only
  • No recreational drug use
  
  Location is between Buenos Aires and San Isidro Perez Zeledon. About 2 hours drive from the beach.
  
  We have a dog and a cat and we eat mostly vegan meals.

  Right now we need help for building projects but also we appreciate help in the house and with our child.
  Working in the garden, planting vegetables and also fruit trees in about may. Help with making pathways, a fireplace and building a helpers house. We have a two years old toddler and would appreciate some help with playing or household and cooking

  If you love nature, than this is a fantastic place for you to stay. There is the beautiful river Rio Cañas where you can refresh and relax, observe many birds, butterflies and other insects. You can do hiking up the mountains.
  
  The town Buenos Aires is about 30 minutes drive and a large city, San Isidro (Perez Zeledon) about 1 hour drive. Both can be reached by the public bus closeby.
  Around the property there are 3 little villages where there are events almost every weekend with music.
  A beautiful rancho with a natural water pool and a slide for some fun is in walking distance (open on weekend)
  The beach is about two and a half hours drive away

  The wifi connection is mostly well, but not high speed. And its availability and speed depends on the daytime. Depending on your online work it can work out well but if you want to upload much data it might not work or take a long time
