Description
I have been living in Brittany for 17 years with my wife Janet, We have 3 border collies,and a dachshund,keep chickens . We have built a single story wooden house over the last couple of years with help from lots of lovely workaways. Still a few jobs to do on the house, We are renovating a small cottage with 1bedroom/kitchen/shower room, We need help with the building of a conservatory,mainly built of timber.Always lots to do in the garden, Painting, clearing ground to make a drive way and putting up a set of gates.
We grow lots of fruit and veg,making chutney's,soups,fruit pies. Taking cuttings to grow more plants.
We live 7 minutes drive from several beaches, shops 10-15 minutes walk.

Mick and Janet were absolutely wonderful to stay with! Their house is so cute and their garden is stunning. I stayed with them for about 2 weeks and they took great care of me. Their dogs might have been the best part of my trip :) I definitely recommend!

Mick and Janet were incredibly hospitable. We stayed in a separate house that was warm, comfortable, and private. Mick would assign work on a day to day basis, and provide support as needed. Tea breaks, and lunches for break were awesome to break up the work. on days off, Mick drove us to towns nearby like Binic or took us along to boot jumbles!

I had a really enjoyable stay with Mick and Janet. They are fantastic hosts, very accommodating and make you feel at home. The food was delicious and the accommodation was very comfortable. I look forward to working with them in the future!

I had a wonderful time with Mick and Janet! I always helped out where help was needed. It was very nice experience pretty rich in all its aspects from getting along with another (french) way of living and meeting the hosts who were very welcoming and helpful, to building the house from scratch.
