Gardening help around my house in Queensland, Australia

Hello all wonderful world travellers,.....the reason I seek a workaway is that I am a middle aged woman, i don't have enough dedicated help to help with my garden and house renovation. i enjoy meeting travellers and I often host students from overseas regularly. You will not be worked off your feet so don't worry, lol it will be a more than fair trade.

I will speak english with them and show them the sites at our beautiful town and area. they will learn about the local area, customs and see beautiful sites

I have an overgrown garden that needs weeding, trimming etc and then some carpet to be lifted from the floor

Hébergement
3 bedroom older style house in a small country town, 5 minutes from the beach, the house is close to the town centre a small country town. The small country town is quiet and peaceful. Close to great fishing spots (but i don't have a boat, but my sister has and she might take you out)
food will be supplied and you will have your own private room to sleep in
