Description
I am a mature active woman who has recently moved from Melbourne to Brisbane, and I need help with repairs and landscaping of my house in Highgate Hill.

I am a trained English language teacher and am happy to assist in this area as needed.
The cultural centre and city is nearby.
Aide
I'm looking for singles or couples, over 25 years old to help with the repairs and landscaping of my house.
Painting and repair tasks, however any building and home repair skills would be most welcome.
Help required is five hours per day, five days per week and is finished by lunchtime.
Food is provided. Vegetarians are welcome.
I live in a great location, on top of Highgate Hill, right next to a park with beautiful views of the city, A 10 minute walk to West End cafe/cultural precinct and easy access to Southbank Riverside pools(like Paris) and the city.
You would have your own room and use the communal bathroom (I mostly use my ensuite).
I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and age groups. and will help with english language practise. Return help with computer skills would be ideal.
Some points to consider;
I expect visitors, as tourists, to come to explore Brisbane and surrounds and not stay in the house all day.
I am environmentally sensitive - water and electricity is not wasted.(Australia is a dry country and bills are high as everywhere else).
Cleaning after ourselves as in any shared facility is expected and is additional to the work hours.
l have two daschund dogs.
Please organise your arrival for before 9 in the evening.

She is a wonderful conversationalist with a good sense of humour. And to top it off, Marie is a great cook and the servings were large. I am glad that I helped her with her project.

Did all sorts of jobs around here home and helped preparing some meals for other work awayers.
This had been my first 'workaway', I really enjoyed the experience and I'm glad I gave it a go.
