Hola from Costa Rica ! 👋🙂🌴
This place is perfect for nature and animal lovers, who appreciate the simple things.
This place is located in Quepos, in the Manuel Antonio district, next to the "La Plaza Deportes" bus stop. The small property includes a house for tourists and travelers, and another smaller house for the manager and volunteers.
The property includes large trees, a small banana plantation, bamboo thickets and many other tropical plants. A soccer field with free access is located right next to the house.
There's also a cool wooden house nearby.
These are typical local houses in a typical Costa Rican neighborhood. It feels more like a village than a city, but there are large houses around.
The bus stop, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance.
The houses are located on the edge of tropical vegetation, near a national park, and are literally surrounded by native flora and fauna. A variety of native animals, birds, and insects can be seen around the house. Sometimes, some of them can even be seen inside the house 🙈 Welcome to the jungle!
‼️ However, if you are very sensitive, if encountering a cockroach or lizard, the rural lifestyle, cleaning the house or taking out the trash could shock you, then this place is not for you.
This place is also not suitable for you if you smoke or use drugs. -

You will also encounter a vast array of tropical flora and fauna, as the house is situated at the edge of a jungle that forms part of a national park. -

1) A bed in a simple room for two, with a bunk bed, private shower and toilet, in a five-room wooden house. The kitchen and terrace are shared. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available.
2) A simple room in a small two-room house. The living room, kitchen, toilet, and shower are shared. 50 Mbps Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available.
Be prepared for minimalist living conditions and a lack of urban amenities, as this is country living with simple amenities and an emphasis on connecting with nature. However, essential amenities are certainly available.
