  Description

  Welcome to our place. It is a clean, modern-designed hostel located in the heart of Koh Phangan, just a short walk from the beach and main pier Thong Sala. Our place is safe, social and relaxed, not a party hostel, but a home where travelers, volunteers, and locals come together.
  We’re passionate about creating a space where cultures meet for the last 6 years on the island. As a Workawayer, you'll not only meet travelers from all over the world but also connect with our amazing local team. Our Thai manager and local owner are actively involved, and we love sharing stories, drinks and ideas with our volunteers.
  The area is full of life: we’re just a few minutes from the island’s famous Food Court and Night Market, where you can try delicious Thai dishes and street snacks every evening. There are also authentic Thai massage places nearby and several Muay Thai gyms we collaborate with so you can train or just watch the local fighters do their magic.
  Whether you’re into island exploring, beaches, waterfalls, viewpoints, cultural exchange, local food, or making genuine connections, this is a perfect place to be part of something real while enjoying one of Thailand’s most iconic islands.

  At our place, you’ll experience an authentic slice of life in Koh Phangan, beyond the tourist path. We’re located in Thong Sala, close to the local food court, bustling night market, traditional Thai massage shops, and family-run cafés where you can connect with the community.
  You’ll be working side-by-side with our Thai manager and local staff, giving you the chance to learn about Thai culture, language, food, and customs directly from the source. We also have strong ties with nearby Muay Thai gyms, where volunteers often go to train and learn about Thailand’s national sport. Yoga is also very common practice on the island which can help to improve the connection between body and the mind.
  Because we welcome travelers from all over the world, you’ll also meet people from diverse backgrounds, whether it’s sharing meals, learning new recipes, or exchanging travel stories. It is a place where friendships form easily, and where cultural exchange happens naturally every day.

  Aide

  We’re looking for friendly volunteers to help us create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
  The tasks may include:
  Helping at reception (welcoming guests, answering questions)
  Creating a social atmosphere (joining guests for island tours, organizing small activities or games)
  Helping with yoga activities
  Occasionally helping with content for our social media or taking photos
  No specific experience is required, just a positive attitude, good communication, and a willingness to contribute to the team.
  You’ll help alongside our Thai manager and international team, so it’s a great opportunity for cultural exchange and learning about Thai life and hospitality. We prefer volunteers who enjoy working with people and take initiative when things get busy.
  We typically ask for around 4–5 hours of help per day, 5 days a week. The minimum stay is 2 weeks, but longer stays are always welcome and preferred.

  Hébergement

  Volunteers stay in our air-conditioned dormitory located in our place, in the heart of Thong Sala. The dorm is modern, clean, and comfortable, with high-speed Wi-Fi, secure lockers, and shared bathrooms cleaned daily.
  You’ll be sharing the space with other Workawayers and travelers, creating a social, friendly atmosphere, perfect for making new connections. The hostel is quiet at night and not a party place, making it ideal for a good rest after a day of helping or exploring.
  We also have a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge to store your food, and free tea, coffee, and filtered drinking water available all day. There are also common areas to hang out, read, or work on your own projects.
