  Description

  We live in a beautiful Oast house with 12acres, fantastic views and countryside. Whilst we are fairly rural,we have 3 sets of lovely neighbours and are only 2 miles from the village and 10 and 15 minutes from local towns Crowborough and Tunbridge Wells. You will probably need a car being here as public transport is poor but it is not essential.
  
  We have 1 dog Stanley, a chocolate 6 year old labradoodledor. He is very calm, well behaved and easy to care for requiring an hours walk a day. We also have 2 lovely rescue cats Dibble and Tilly who are about 10 years, both a bit shy but very friendly.
  
  In our field are our 4 curious alpacas; Freddie,Rupert,Betty and Bertie. They are self sufficient and do not need feeding but it can be fun to hand feed them carrot & apple. They are interesting pets whom you can spend as much or as little time with as you like.
  
  We are going away on holiday and looking for someone or a couple or 2 friends to care for our home and pets whilst we are away. We provide comprehensive house sitting notes .

  Exposure to alpacas can be interesting and fun. We provide a very comfortable, home with low maintenance furry friends. We are only 1 hour from Brighton by car and close to Ashdown forest.

  3 bedroom large clean, tidy house with big gardens and land. We will provide bedlinen and invite guests to use essential kitchen items but to generally provide their own food.

  The bedrooms are all doubles with available bathrooms. We have 2 wood burners which keeps the lounge and kitchen very warm. We also have central heating .
