  Help us run a colourful bohemian B&B in sunny Aruba! 🌺☀️
  We’re looking for friendly, hands-on Workawayers to help with guest check-ins, breakfast prep, and keeping our tropical garden & pool area beautiful.
  
  You’ll stay in one of our cosy accommodations, enjoy breakfast, and have plenty of free time to explore Aruba’s stunning beaches, nature, and vibrant culture.

  At Mammaloe’s Aruba you will experience a unique blend of cultures – Dutch, Caribbean, Latin American, and the warm local Aruban way of life.
  You will meet guests from all over the world, share stories, and exchange ideas.
  
  We love to introduce Workawayers to local traditions, island food, music, and hidden gems that most tourists never see.
  You’ll have the opportunity to practice languages (English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento) and learn about the daily life of running a boutique B&B on a tropical island.
  
  In return, we enjoy learning from you – whether it’s a new recipe, a skill, or just your own cultural background. It’s a true exchange of ideas, experiences, and friendships.

  Aide

  We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hands-on Workawayers who enjoy working with people and keeping spaces welcoming.
  
  Your tasks can be
  
  • Light cleaning of common areas, pool area, and guest spaces.
  • Assisting with guest check-ins and providing local tips.
  • Keeping the garden, plants, and pool area tidy and inviting.
  • Optional: helping with small maintenance jobs, creative decoration, photography, or social media posts.
  
  We often work together, so you will learn how to run a boutique B&B and see what it takes to keep guests happy. If you have skills you’d like to share (such as cooking, gardening, or online marketing), we’re happy to give you space for that too!
  
  Our goal is to make this a fun, collaborative experience where you can enjoy the island while contributing to our little paradise

  Workawayers will stay in one of our cosy guest accommodations, depending on availability.
  This could be a colourful gypsy wagon, a private room, or a small apartment – all decorated in our bohemian style and surrounded by our lush tropical garden.
  
  Each accommodation includes:
  • A comfortable bed with clean linens and towels.
  • Fan or air-conditioning (depending on the room).
  • Access to Wi-Fi.
  • Use of the shared kitchen, pool, and lounge areas.
  
  We share meals 3 times a day.
  
  Our property is safe, peaceful, and located close to Aruba’s beautiful beaches and nature spots

  In your free time, you can enjoy Aruba’s stunning white sandy beaches, snorkelling spots, hiking trails, and colourful local markets.
  The island is small and easy to explore – you can rent a bicycle, scooter, or car, and there is also a local bus service connecting most areas.
  
  We are happy to give you insider tips on hidden beaches, local food stalls, and fun island events.
  
  House rules are simple: be respectful of guests and fellow Workawayers, keep shared spaces clean, and enjoy your time here! We value a positive, open-minded atmosphere where everyone feels welcome

  Mammaloe’s Aruba is a great place for digital nomads. We have reliable high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, peaceful workspaces in the garden or by the pool, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to balance work with island life. Your volunteer tasks can be arranged around your online work schedule, as long as we coordinate in advance. It’s the perfect spot to stay productive while enjoying sunny days, warm evenings, and a truly unique bohemian environment
