Description
I wanted to create a space where you can explore unguided authentic movement and fulfill your need for connection at the same time. In most yoga classes, I am missing 2 things. First, the lack of connection to others. Everyone tends to do their practice and then go home. Second, authenticity. I don’t feel like I fit in at many traditional yoga poses and (meta-)structures. There is already a shift taking place from rigid practice & authority to invitation and care, and I believe we can take an even bigger step. That’s why I provide a space which uses facilitated sharing to connect and feel good with the group. To then transition into unguided pleasure yoga. The event will be between 10.45 and 13.30 on the 10th of April 2026 at Common Ground Amsterdam. Address: Zeeburgerdijk 265, 1095 AC Amsterdam We meet outside The event is free.
