There are plenty of opportunity to learn about our Malaysian culture but no worries English is spoken.

We really enjoyed our stay with Joe. He made us feel very welcome and showed us around the area and gave us tips on where to get delicious and cheap food, also vegetarian options of course. The maintenance of the garden and the house was as following.
I helped him with watering the plant, pulling out weed, sweeping the yard and gutting down trees.
