  Description

  Hi, my name is Gaia and I live in small country house in center/East coast of Italy (Morciano di Romagna) with my partner Alex (from Canada) and our baby (2 years old). We have 2 dogs, Laika and Ria, and a cat, Grigi. We are building our little farm and our way to self sufficiency, slowly but steady: we have a nice vegetables garden, there are some chickens and bees. We love music (we have a folk band), outdoor activities (gardening, walking, going to the beach, ...) and a glass of wine at the end of the day under the porch.

  In our house we speak english and italian. Alex and I we are both teacher, so we are always happy to learn new languages and teach our.
  
  The cooking is mostly traditional italian, but we love to experiment other types of kitchen. We are omnivore and we try to variate our diet the most we can using the products of our garden. For lunch we often have pasta or rice, for dinner meat, fish or vegetables. We love PASTA and PIZZA, infact we make pizza every sunday.
  
  There are many places to visit around our place: seaside town and medioeval castels on hills.

  FARM/BABY SITTING - We are looking for someone that can babysit our boy and our garden, one at the time ;)
  Untill now, our baby is a very calm boy and he is used to play by himself and stay with other people. Of course sometimes he need some attentions, as everyone.

  Music is a great way to study languages! We are musician and we have a folk band with some friends. You can find us on IG as brokentriomusic.

  Hébergement

  We live in a rural enviroment surrounded by nature. There are a lot of birds and creatures of the woods. Our garden is big (more than 1 ectar) and full of life of every kind.
  
  The house is 80 square meters, on two floors. It has a beautifull porch on 2 sides where we spend a lot of time. On the ground floor there are kitchen, big bathroom, dyningroom and livingroom with fireplace. The first floor of the house has 2 bedroom and a small bathroom; one bedroom will be for the Workawayer, small and cozy.
  If the Workawayer prefers to have more privacy, we have a caravan parked in the garden with electricity.

  We are woofers volunteers and now we are also host, so it is possible that during your stay you will cross more people at our farm.
  We like to have friend for dinner and sometime going out for dinner.
  Our house is 6 km away for the nearest town (Morciano di Romagna) where you can find all shops. There are 4 km of gravel road. In Morciano there are buses that can take you to the beach in Cattolica or Riccione or to the train station (Cattolica or Riccione).
  We can give you an electric bike to move around in your free time but if you have a car, you would be a lot more indipendent.

  You can take your caravan close to our property but not inside because there is a uphill very steep that only 4 wheels drive can do! But if you have a superpowerfull caravan, you are more than welcome. There is space for everyone!

  We love animals! We have a shy dog (lagotto romagnolo), another playfull and noisy, but bith very social and kind, a hunter cat, 13 chickens, and a lot of wild life all around us.
