Ruth came to stay with us in April 2025 for a few weeks. She was here working on jobs about the house and lived with the family for a week and then she house sat for a week. Ruth is super easy to talk to, very easy going and open minded. She slotted right in to our family and our ways and did the jobs that we asked her to do. These were basic
… read more gardening jobs, general house work, walking and feeding the pets. She was pretty sick when she was here, but still helped out when she could, but was equally mindful about passing on her cold, giving us space to minimise that. None of us caught it which was important as we were due to go away. She looked after the house really well whilst we were away and the animals were well looked after. Great communications throughout our the time away and also when initially setting up the work-a-way. Rith is very confident and capable and I have no doubt she'll go far in what ever she decides to do.

I had the pleasure of staying in Teresa and Ben's home for 2.5 weeks and had the best time! For the first bit I worked as a Workawayer in the garden doing some weeding and maintenance, and also some house work such as; laundry and general cleaning of the kitchen and living area. Then for the rest of my stay I was pet sitting their sweet dog Luna
… read more and two gorgeous kitties Baxter and Polo, who were all the best company!
Their home is located is a great spot just a two minute walk from the train station, and within 20/25 mins you can arrive straight in the Melbourne CBD.
Teresa, Ben and Felix are seriously such great people! They made me feel right at home as soon as I arrived and continued to check up on me during my travels!
Thank you guys so much for everything! Give all the pets hugs for me!

Florencia and Lucas were great guests to have. They did a superb job of looking after my house and animals whilst I was in and out a lot and travelling away from home for work. They were a great combination of helpers and housesitters. Would recommend!

The experience was amazing, we will miss you Luna, polo and backster !
