  Description

  Canadian born, Norwegian descent, 80 year old. I am healthy (3 stints in heart) have a Lady friend, ride an E-bike, active social life, recently been studying: Playback Theatre, NVC, and last two years :Listening, coming out of Carl Rogers, ET Gendlin and Allan Rolhfs. I have extensive work with Children in Care of Govt. and 30 years as a balloon-clown.
  I live in Canada, B.C., North Vancouver, close to SeaBus and buses. I have a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony view of harbour and city.  My living space is in the living room. I have rearranged my one bedroom apartment to provide for my son and grandchildren to visit, or for a Workaway. It has a lockable door, Drawers, Closet, Desk, Internet Access and is a quiet, private workspace. Food and Meals: I prepare my meals and leave the sink clean. Workaway to provide their own food, space on shelves and fridge. We may take turns sharing a meal occasionally. I offer the private bedroom, with a shared bathroom and kitchen in exchange for 10 hours of help a week, flexible scheduling . I am seeking a Workaway who can tutor, me, Mac computer literacy, social media and Zoom projects. I have training & experience as an ESL Conversation Tutor. We must have time to interview each other on Zoom, I imagine the person most suited to me seeks a quiet, regular daily routine, non smoker, non drinker, non drugger, and easily self amused, and would also benefit themselves from practicing Canadian-English with a native speaker, West Coast Media dialect.

  a private bedroom with shared bathroom and kitchen, bedroom has its own keyed lock on door. I buy and supply basic groceries for myself and Workawayers, eg, /cooking oil, bread, instant coffee, rice, pasta, tomato sauce, eggs, maybe Persian Yogart. You prepare your own food and if you have special diet needs you buy that. And cleaning after cooking, eg I like a clean empty sink.

  I am a non smoker, non drug user, non drinker who prefers calm and only interested in hosting similar abnormalities. Also: being tidy and clean would inspire me to be more tidy.
