Description
My name is Jane and I am a professional woman. An archaeologist who is semi retired I am working for a few hours per week in aged care support. I have dogs and am Involved in horses and Riding Club. I am a hopeless gardener and would welcome some help in the garden. I consider myself to be a friendly, cheerful person who gets on well with people of all ages.

Varied small jobs around the farm. Feeding horses, gardening or farm work according to skills. Must like animals and be happy in a picturesque rural environment.
Opportunities to travel around Tasmania on days off. Very flexible working hours, own room, sitting room and toilet. Shared kitchen and bathroom. I work away 4 days per week.

Kate Is a friendly and capable person who provided help with a disparate range of tasks. She is self motivated and requires little or no supervision. She was great with my dogs and horses and was good company as well.. I enjoyed having Kate to stay and would recommend her to any future host.

Our short time at Jane's farm went by so quickly but we were made to feel right at home from day one. Jane and her dogs are absolutely lovely and we will miss them all greatly!

Iona and Jamie were wonderful workers and it was a pleasure to host them. They love the outdoors and the dogs and no task was too hard. Easy to feed and delightful company, they would be an asset anywhere.

Weibke is cheerful and friendly and helped in the garden. She has not had a lot of WW experience but was easy to host and enjoyed her stay. I possibly needed to give more direction as to the jobs that needed doing, however Weibke tackled things happily.

I stayed about two weeks with my partner who stayed a bit longer than me. We had a great time. Jane introduced us to her friends and family and she took us to walks with her dogs and to little tours to towns and attractions around.

I had a very enjoyable 6 months stay with Jane undertaking numerous activities and meeting some wonderful people during my time there. I enjoyed looking after the 16 horses, 3 dogs and at times 5 dogs and doing jobs associated with the place in a wonderful part of the country.

Josh was so happy to help with animals and has a strong bond with one of my dogs. He is calm, quietly spoken and thoughtful, often doing things without being asked. Josh settled into country life and was a pleasure to host.
