Description
Have been farming for my whole life (fruits and veg, not so much with livestock), and hoping to start my own homestead in the next few years. Wanting to learn as many small-scale sustainable practices as possible before then, especially interested in eco-friendly construction and different growing techniques. I've also helped build barns and worked in trail maintenance, so I'm very comfortable with power tools. On a personal level, I'm a writer and musician and find myself inspired most when I'm in nature :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Carpentry (build barns and even re-assembled a temple from Indonesia one time!) , plant care for mid-sized farms (I love trellising tomatoes), very comfortable with animals (have taken care of kittens, chickens, peacocks, goats, and much more), and am very used to being a productive and conscientious member of intentional communities.

I'm a writer and musician, so time not spent working is usually spent on either of those activities. I also study religion and teach about different religious contexts, so I'll usually be reading or writing about that as well. I'm always glad to exchange ideas and talk about different philosophies and spiritualities!
