Quelles sont vos compétences ?

After having worked for more than 10 years in a lawyer's office, I decided to explore ways to discover about me and the world in 2019. Then I started to volunteer at hostels in Brazil, so that I could meet new people and prepare for my journey. In December 2019, I embarked on the journey in Bolivia and hoped to reach Canada. During the journey, I planned to volunteer in each country to discover more about local cultures. In 2020, when I was exploring Ecuador, I needed to go back to Peru because of the Covid pandemic, and I ended up staying there unexpectedly for almost 2 years. In this time, I volunteered at many places, such as hotels and farms, and I learned more about the Quechua culture and history about incas. In 2021, I came to Europe and volunteered in Spain for 2 seasons at a hotel up in the mountains, where I was responsible for outdoor areas, the plants and building appearance. In October 2021, I moved to Portugal and took residence there. Now I decide to take up a new challenge again and search for volunteer work in other countries.

Throughout my many years of work and volunteer experience, I excel in customer services, conflict resolution and team work. I have been trusted with responsibilities like cash handling, team coordination and briefing, employees scheduling, and handling complaints of customers. I have worked as restaurant head waiter, hostel manager and horticulturist.
