Description
Hello! My name is Tove and I am a big travel advocate from Sweden who's been combining living, studies and working in various countires for the last century, which has given me the pleasure me to meet and connect with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. I am especially passionate about Latin America and the Spanish language which I've been learning whilst traveling, and I'm excited to learn more by taking on new volunteering experiences. Having travelled parts of Central and South America, such as Colombia, Brasil, Argentina, Bolivia and Peru, I now seek volunteering opportunities that would provide me with genuine insights in different work environments and become a part of projects and experiences. I'd love to volunteer in a hostel, since I'm currently working at a hotel here in Sweden and I truly enjoy the part of my job making guests feel welcome and meeting new people, my hotel admin knowledge will also probably be of help :)
I'm a positive, outgoing person, interested in being part of a team and keen to use my own initiative within new volunteering opportunities. On my recent travels, I've been lucky to have immersed myself in many beautiful experiences, I always love getting to be immersed with locals and the culture, been part of several different traditions and festives, language learning and photography projects.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
For the past few years I've immersed myself in the culture and realities of Central and South America. I studied Spanish in Medellin and went on a trip across South America to practice and improve my language skills. I am interested in sharing not only my cultural knowledge but also improve my Spanish, furthermore I speak perfect English and Swedish. My further professional experience involves customer service, maintenance, and other social environments such as hospitality. Some of the things I enjoy doing in my free time are hiking, reading, writing, photography, and soaking in the sun at the beach.
