I am currently looking for a paid workaway that qualifies for 88 day visa requirements for June in Australia - long term commitment

Description

I am looking to travel and get as many unique experiences as I can. I am a socially oriented person who works well in teams, but I am also independent and look after myself. I love live music and sharing stories.

My friends describe me as a brave person with a strong sense of community. I do things for myself and I am not afraid to step out of my comfort zone, but I also enjoy the company of others and sharing experiences with someone else.

I am looking for an adventure within community, I am very flexible and I adjust quickly to different environments.

I have done workaways in Canada (BC), Iceland and Australia (NSW & VIC) so far. Some of the work I have done has been book archiving, some handy work (painting roofs walls/gardening), as well as helping build a sustainable project on a sailboat off the west coast of canada. The work on the boat was mostly painting + staining (Boats, oars, houses, fences), fibreglass repairs, gardening, waste collection disposal, grocery shopping, cooking cleaning, and some other odd/random tasks!

I have also done some painted murals and would love to help out with anything creative or artistic in addition to the 'workaway work'.

No task is too daunting, as long as you don’t mind teaching me how (I learn fast)

I am a film photographer and filmmaker as well!
